Extremely high quality pergola

This is an extremely high quality pergola. It is very well built with good quality steel and then powder coated to protect it from the elements here in FL. The instruction for assembly is also well written. Highly recommend using the Built app as go assemble it. I highly recommend it.

Great product

The hardest part about this pergola was waiting for the paver people to finish laying the pavers so that I could start. It went together easy. The instructions were spot on. And it looks great.

Worth every penny!

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this time it’s different. It took about 7 hours to assemble start to finish and we are so pleased with the results. Everything lined up perfect, bolted right together and there was extra hardware in case some got lost. We live in a windy area and once this pergola got bolted to our concrete patio it hasn’t moved and it’s solid. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful addition to our deck.

Instructions were great and easy to follow. Took a few evenings but my husband and I managed to complete it together. Quality material and beautiful!

Nice pergola

5 stars for the pergola, 1 star for the shade. The pergola is very well made, assembly instructions were easy to follow, it looks great and will last for many years. Great value for the money, I am not at all disappointed. But given how great the pergola is, the shade is surprisingly lacking. Cheap material, cheap clips that come undone extremely easily, and it doesn’t even cover the whole top. That said, I would still buy it again, but definitely looking into alternative shade options.

We had this installed the summer of 2021 and have loved having it. The guy who installed it really wanted us to go with a wooden pergola but we insisted on this steel one. When he was finished building it, he said he would be recommending it to others. He was very impressed. We have put a canopy cover on it, and love sitting under it enjoying our backyard.

I've had this for about 4 months now and couldn't be happier. Very well constructed and easy to follow instructions to put together.

Outstanding Product

This product was purchased & installed several months ago. It is installed at our place of business which is a house that has been converted to offices for a financial advisory firm. It was installed by a one professional with a helper in less than 6 hrs. The product looks great and we've had many compliments from clients as to how much it adds to the beautification of our property.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The pergola is beautiful and looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. We got the 14' x 10' and I put it on a 12' x 15' paver section. It has great space underneath and holds our seven-seat patio set with room to spare. Assembly was not hard and I did it myself, although make sure you have a power drill because there are a LOT of screws to tighten. It is everything and more that we hoped for.

The instructions say 2 people and 10 hours but i put it together on my own in 6 hours because the instructions were so easy to follow. i needed the help of my wife for about 20 mins to move the assembled short sides but outside of that it was too easy. love that this app is a thing.

More than pleased with the pergola and the custome

Much better product than initially expected. All the parts were individually wrapped and labled. Instruction booklet was very detailed and easy to follow. Steel is very heavy and sturdy. Looked absolutely beautiful once fully assembled. Would recommend this item to anyone. Excellent customer service. Very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Pergola- Worth the wait!

I was skeptical when I saw so many great reviews, but loved the look of the pergola. Let me tell you, this is the real deal. The reviews are amazing because the product is amazing. The whole process was a dream. The pergola arrived about 3 weeks after placing the order. It came in 4 heavy boxes. The boxes are packed so perfectly, each beam is individually wrapped and on each bag is an ID tag.
