Pergola 16x14 Stratford

Sheer perfection. Every hole is perfectly aligned. Assembly instructions were clear. Total assembly time about 8 hours. ( by this 66 year old couple) Absolutely no regrets. Complements our space and looks phenomenal. Best of all, no maintenance! Love this product!!!!

In love with my pergola!

I bought mine on April 11th and it was delivered only days later! I did hire someone to construct it for me which only took them 4 hrs. He even suggested it to another client who ended up ordering the cedar pergola! The entire process through Backyard Discovery was seamless! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of their products!

Pergola is great, but...

the canopy is way too small and why does it have curved sides instead of straight sides? If the shade were properly sized, my rating would be a 5.

The Pergola is beautiful set up in my backyard. I have not tried the sunshade on it yet. Everything was fantastic from order to set up-great communication everything was done in a timely manner. Very happy that I went with backyard discovery

Strong and beautiful

Great value for a beautiful look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best value for a well built, good looking pergola. It did take 11 hours for me to put together by myself, but at a savings of about $6K.

14 x 12 Ashford steel pergola.

Decided on the steel pergola to have less future maintenance. It was a great addition for my new fire pit area. Goes great with the new landscaping. Took me about 8 hours with my grandsons help to get it completed. Product was well packed and instructions were very well illustrated and easy to follow.

Ashford 14 x 12 Pergola

The pergola had been a game changer for us! We put it on our deck and now we can actually sit outside in comfort. The canopy doesn’t have the best attachments, the edges rolled & tends to come off in the wind. Also, their customer service is 5 star!

Great Product

Great Pergola. It did come with 6 holes not tapped for screws so I tapped them myself. It took 6 hours to install just stick to the directions.and you are gonna want to use a impact driver or something like a drill . For assembly.

Beautiful, easy to assemble, high quality

Couldn’t ask for a better product or company. The pergola arrived in a couple of days, communication was great, super easy to assemble with clear instructions and everything fit together as expected. And of course, it’s absolutely beautiful. Have had it a few months in intense Chicago weather and so far so good.

The neighbors are jealous

Purchased a month ago and put it up in one day. I had the help of two others which made the process much easier. The suggestion of separating the pieces into groups was definitely helpful. \The sun shade, which many people had complained about previously, was updated to have belts and clips instead of retaining clips. Connecting it was easy and it makes a big difference when sitting outside. Wish I could have bought one that was 18'.

Love the 16X12 Stratford

Well-built with clear instructions for the DIY kinda girl. Lots of parts and at least 3 helpers needed to put up the sides initially. Only complaint is the Shade Canopy needs to be Bigger.

Awesome product

Very pleased with Backyard Discovery overall. Shipping, no damage found on any of my Stratford 10 × 12 pergola, no missing parts, etc. Beautiful addition to my new Trex deck, Hot Springs Spa arriving this week to be placed under pergola. Very Impressed with quality of this pergola!
