Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Belmont Residential Wood Playset

Great play set!

I ordered this for my 5 yr old granddaughter. So far she is thrilled with everything it offers. The packing was perfect and all parts were there in good condition. Extra hardware, thank you!! Instructions were simple and clear. Appreciate the items called for page by page. It helped me so much getting each stage ready.

Excellent for the littles

I bought this for my sons birthday and I'm so glad I did. The look on his face when we got it all set up was priceless, it is very nice for the little kids they love the slide and monkey bars.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SWING SET!

We bought our Belmont swing set last summer, and our kids love it! It took some time to put together, but the end result has been fantastic. It’s very durable, nice neutral colors and has different options you can add on for future use (we just added a telephone and steering wheel!) It was the perfect piece to add to our backyard and be able to watch our kids enjoy (ages 5 + 3). Highly recommend for anyone looking, and the price was amazing!

Great addition

Set came on time-no shipping problems. Took 7 hrs to build. All pieces were there and instructions were good. Built this in my yard for grandkids!

Great little set!

Our kids have really enjoyed this play set. Great for smaller backyards

It's ok

The set up is mildly difficult, and the wood splits easliy. Once it's up, took us 10 hours 3 adults to put up, the kids love it. I wish it had better quality wood for the price. i definitely recommend sealing it after set up to protect from the elements, so it lasts longer. Overall it's nice to have.

Save your money

A lot of the wood pieces came broken and was so warped there is no way you can assemble this set . Very upset and the quality is not the greatest or sturdy for this price.

Wood

The wood is weak and it takes 8 hours to assemble you can build one for as much way stronger and last longer

It is everything that was promised. The kids are having a blast

Great product for the money w/ caviats

This is a great swing set for small children, has enough activities to keep them entertained. Took me about a day and a half to build it by myself. I highly recommend that you inventory all parts to make sure they are all there and undamaged. I had a part missing (improvised to make it work) and a cracked wood board for the picnic bench seat. All hardware was accounted for. I staked the player to the group d with the provided hardware and though it does move a bit its nothing to be concerned wit...

Summer Swing set

The instructions on how to assemble the product was easy to follow especially on the app.

Love it!

Very happy with the swingset. As previous reviews have stated - the wood will split if you over tighten the screws and/or bolts. As long as you do not overtighten there is no issues at all with the wood. This is absolutely perfect for my 2 and 7 year old daughters! Also recommend treating the wood to add to the longevity.

Overall happy with this swing set.

We bought this for our 2 year old grandson. While he's a bit on the young side for it, he immediately loved climbing (with some assistance) up the ladder to the fort. He was hesitant to try the slide as it was higher and longer than he was used to, but once he did, we couldn't keep him off! This set will grow with him for several years. We had a professional assemble it for us and are glad we did. It took him a full day plus and he had all the tools we didn't. Some of the wood seems soft and a f...

Pretty set for the money.

It's a beautiful set and my son likes it very much! It was a very lengthy process to assemble with 2 very knowledgeable adults. The wood is not that high quality and sturdy. Only small children should get on this otherwise it may break. Adults: don't attempt swinging or sitting on bench. It won't hold you.
