Good little playset
I wish the quality of the wood was a little better, it seems overly dry and splits easily. but other than that it's well thought out the hardware is quality I really like it. took three of us about 5 hours to put together. two people working while one person got parts in boats and nuts together for the next step.

Recommended Installer Ruined the Product
I’m giving one star, not because the product is bad, but because the service that backyard discovery consistently recommends for installation is awful, and they not only installed it incorrectly, and unsafely for my children, but damaged it in the process. My husband is handy; he could have done a better job installing it himself, but we thought hiring someone would be better with 3 year old twins at home.
