Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Residential Wood Playset

Smooth fast shipping

Can't wait for kids to enjoy this play structure. Customer service was timely with responding to questions before ordering. Delivery was smooth and quick. About to assemble.

Very sturdy and stylish!

This was our first playground to buy when we bought our new house and we loved the colors. We put it together ourselves it did take some time but was doable for sure! Everything was sturdy and worked great and has done great in the windy weather where we live.

Looks Great and the Kids LOVE

I bought this last spring when my husband was away at the fire academy. I was looking for a swingset that provided hours of play for my kiddos and this did just that! The boys LOVE being able to use chalk on the chalk board and on all the black side pieces. My oldest also LOVED the bungee swing - total fave. All around recommend!

Nice looking and great installation service

This is a perfect play set to entertain our 2 and half year old - Shipping only took a couple weeks, and the installation service was extremely quick and responsive. One of the pieces came out damaged, but the installers reported the issue and a new piece was shipped to us, and then another installer came back to replace it. Overall it was a great experience; highly recommend this product if you are looking for a fun play set for your toddler or young kids. This set is not suitable for adults.

Low Quality for the Price

the wood is light and very low quality, it cracked all over from the day of installation. I donot recommend it

Pay close attention to pilot holes and hardware.

Easy to follow instructions. Good quality.

Take your time with assembling and square it up.

The wood could be thicker. Its a beautiful structure I just wish the wood was sturdier. Some pieces didnt have pilot holes.

Go with a different brand.

Wood was cracking during assembly so we had to reinforce by sistering. This caused delays in assembly and showed the product to lack quality. After paying for guaranteed delivery on a specific day (birthday) I received a notice the day before delivery that shipping was delayed a week. After spending hours on the phone I got the shipment in time - but I mean hours on the phone!

Shipping is an issue

Can’t wait to put it together, but still missing a box.

Perfect Playset!

Gorgeous play set! Can’t wait for my almost 3-year-old to see it! We hired a handyman that is a former builder to put it together. Took about 2 days. No missing parts and seems sturdy. Looks just like the pictures!

Easy to put together, takes some time, but love it

Our playset turned out great! Our son loves it. My husband and I put it together ourselves. I'd say it took approximately 12-15 hours total and that was over the span of 3 days. We did spend 8 hours straight on it the first day and got the bulk of the building parts put together. My husband then finished the details and roof by himself over the next two days after work. The instructions were easy to follow but we did have a little issue starting off. We didn't realize/notice the many different h...

Canyon Creek is a great play set

I really enjoyed construction the canyon creek play set for our kids. It was a long process but it’s finally done. Did it myself with some instructional guidance from my wife and it probably took 25 hours over the course of 5 weeks. Work, life, etc got in the way but the BILT app is so helpful and the steps are not very extensive. Not many tools are truly needed to get this done. I used my power screwdriver/drill the entire time it felt like. 3 swing system is great for young toddlers who strugg...

Grandson Loves It!

I bought this Canyon Creek Swing Set two months ago for our 3 1/2 year old grandson. He loves it! He was immediately so creative, offering his chef creations to the family! First thing in the morning he was ready to play! We are very pleased. I called before purchasing online. They were very helpful. Delivery and build went well. Thank you!

Fun for the whole family!

Purchased two months ago and our family absolutely love this set!

The perfect buy!

I bought this for my son for his 3rd birthday and it was like waking up Christmas morning excitement. He ran as fast as he could outside and if he had it his way he would stay outside 24/7 playing on it. It took about 3 days to assemble but that’s just working on it a 3-4 hours in the evening since I work during the day. We love our play set and it’s the perfect addition to our backyard fun!

Daughter loves it!!

I bought this swing set a couple months ago. The BILT app was very helpful in putting this together. The only real issue we had was it was missing screws and split washers. My toddler couldn’t wait for it to be finished so she could play and she loves it.

Great playset

Easy assembly and quality product

Kids love it!

It took a long time to put together. Now that’s it done, I’m happy with it and my kids love it.
