Bob is a boss

I love my bob! I have a German Shepherd who sheds mounds of hair daily and a toddler who puts everything it will stick to on the floor and in his mouth. Needless to say I was becoming disgusted. Reliable machine, great customer service

We have had our unit close to a year now. It is very reliable, does not fall down stairs, and sweeps/dusts very efficiently. I do think the daily and weekly maintenance is very important to extend the life of the unit! We are very pleased.

Love my bObsweep

My bObsweep does a great job removing pet hair and other dust. It is great at getting under furniture. Make the room feel clean. While still under warranty I needed to replace the motor for the beater bar. The representative was extremely helpful. Received the beater bar in days and used the replacement video provided. The video was very easy to follow. I'm happy with my bObsweep and impressed with their customer service.

We love Bob

We have a PetHair Bob in our family. Its been a few months since we brought him home. After using him I wish I had brought him home much sooner. I live in a house with two dogs who have a pet door to let themselves in and out. Between the fur and what comes in from outside we were sweeping every day. "Bob" is an excellent addition to anyone's vacuum and cleaning routine. He does a great job picking up dust, hair and sand off the floor which is a big plus because we have a lot of hard wood and tile in our house. Bob has many features. My bObsweep is old and it got a problem with its wheels. The bObsweep supporter was very helpful in getting me new wheels and sent me a great video to know how to replace the wheels. Having a robotic vacuum is a great way to clean your house and it lasts a long time and can be repaired too.

Robotic Rave

This is the third robotic vacuum I've had and have been thoroughly pleased with the PetHair version. With two dogs that shed, it is nearly impossible to keep their hair off my tile floors. I love my bObsweep PetHair Robotic Vacuum

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and just love not having to worry about vacuuming myself ever again. Whenever I leave for work, I just turn on Bob with his remote and off he goes. He cleans for an hour and then returns back to his base to charge. Pros: • Cleaning is simple • Easy to use • Does a good job cleaning • bObsweep support is amazing Cons: • A little noisy • Sometimes can not find it's way to its base if in another room • Once in a while it gets stuck on light rugs

bObsweep recommended!

I have had may bObsweep for over a year now. He does great for my floors! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats so I have a lot of pet hair. It is so easy to let Bob work everyday and my floors look great. i don't have to worry about people coming over and seeing those balls of fur! And if you have any questions the bObsweep Cutomer support is fast and wonderful!

Awesome Vacuum

I love BOB!! He keeps my floors cleaned. I even have an indoor dog & BOB gets up all the dog hair. Can't live without BOB!!

Wonderful product and customer service.

We've been using Bob for over two years now. I am constantly amazed at how much dust and pet hair I find in the bin after running Bob. I run him twice a day. Recently I had to send the unit in for service, and noticed the floor getting gritty on the bare feet. The customer service department sent me daily mails updating me. Love Bob

I have absolutely loved my Bob since day one. We have two dogs, and I never have to worry about hair being on the ground. I was devastated when his dustbin broke. When I contacted Bob’s customer service, Ricky went above and beyond to make sure Bob and I were taken care of, and even threw in a few extra treats for Bob! Don’t listen to the reviews that say to spend the extra money on a “better vacuum”. Bob might not be the “million dollar” robot vacuum, but he is just as good as one!

Great vacuum

The Bobsweep PetHair Plus has been a great addition to the home. He starts cleaning promptly at 9am. The dust and pet hair has been minimized immensely. This vacuum picks up everything on the floor....carpet or hardwood.

Very helpful and Great customer Service

So we revived our Bob after Christmas. If anyone has ever owned a German Shepherd, they know they are 4 dogs in one. The other three are left on your floor.....Bob has been wonderful with keeping the floors up to snuff and to think my dogs get along with him too!! Who'd a thunk? bOb is a hard worker

Our bOb is so great. We've had him for about 2 1/2 years now, and he works almost every day. We have a mix of hardwood floors and rugs, and he moves back and forth on them, no problem. He does sometimes get stuck if he squeezes under some furniture or if he runs over loose cords, but that's pretty normal for any robot vacuum. He had a hard time once while under warranty, and the company was so nice to deal with. Got him ship shape in no time. We also had to replace a wheel later, long after war...

The Bobsweep has been an awesome addition to our household! We love it and whenever there is an issue, the service is fast and fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vac.

Bob Rocks

I was a bit skeptical on how Bob really does with pet hair.Bob performs way better than I even expected. I have not used a different manufacturer to compare to but I have multiple cats and Bob gets the job done. The only draw back is Bob ran over a string and its wrapped around the wheel. I am unable to remove it due to how Bob is built, this does not interfere with his performance this is why four stars not five.
