Would Not RecommendSturdy enough, but door latch force is completely inadequate, opens with a light touch. I'll have to innovate something to strengthen the latching force..
Need to be some changes so the lid will stay shut!
Would Not RecommendLike the size and seems sturdy but. There is a tiny magnet riveted inside at the top of the lid. The lip of the mailbox doesnt seem to be thick enough for the magnet to work. The lid will not stay closed
Excellent mailbox

Lowe's is over priced.
Would RecommendBought from Lowe's, which I would shop around and saved $30.From big A????? It's a big box. No problem with box.
HUGE Mailbox with One Critical Flaw
Would Not RecommendThis mailbox is VERY roomy, and extremely sturdy. It can accommodate very large packages, and it looks great. The flag doesn't feel flimsy, and the mounting was a breeze. It DOES have one critical flaw. The door is held closed with a magnet, and the magnet is not at all strong enough. In the slightest breeze, the door falls open. For such a beefy mailbox, it seems they used the weakest magnet they could find. In a rainstorm, when you would need it most, this mailbox would end up leaving all of...
Flimsier than it appears
Would Not RecommendLooks nice, but door doesn't stay closed and fell off within six months. Not sturdily constructed.
EXCELLANT QUALITY THE PERFECT CHOICE
Would RecommendPerfect sized mailbox for mailing out packages and getting decent sized packages in sturdy steel construction mounted easily from start to finish with a wrench and socket set , will def be the last mailbox we own , i dug a post hole 2feet and a bag of quickrete mix and 4 hours later it was set not going anywhere and my mailman thanked me for the improved height over the old one

Very spacious mail box. Nice magnetic close.
Very spacious mailbox. Nice magnetic close. It is shorter than a standard mail box, but much taller and wider. Holds about 3 times as much as a regular mail box. Nice for packages.

Good box!
Would RecommendThis big mailbox arrived nicely packaged & in good shape. It's heavy duty compared to a competitor box in the store's display.
Lasted less than a year
Would Not RecommendLess than a year after installing this, one pin has totally rusted and now the door is only attached by the one other flimsy pin. Obviously, it isn't built to fully support the door. So now the door is dangling uselessly off my mailbox and I need to buy and install a new one. Not what I expected after spending $70 on a mailbox.
Use #14 screws with a thin head to attach box
It was expensive but worth it. I was tired of the lightweight boxes
