For a mailbox that boast its USPS compliance you would think the hole pattern would match the USPS mounting plate. I guess this way they get people to purchase their plate. Other than that, it seems to be a well-constructed box and the size is good.

Beautiful mailbox. Literally just screw into the attaching piece. My only complaint is the that door is already crooked. Not obvious at sight but when you open, you can tell the door either leans to left or right. It wasn’t like this when I installed it a week ago. And I’ve only checked the mail once since😅
