HOSES BREAK AND LEAK WITHIN SIX MONTHS. Bought this faucet in the end of March 2021 and it gave out today October 2021. The hoses up inside of the handle apparently rub together and wear and break. Thank god I caught the leak before it completely flooded my cabinets, but it was a significant amount of water and could’ve done some real damage had I not caught it. Disappointed. Tried to return it to Lowes, but it’s past their 90-day window so $200 down the drain AND we have to buy a new faucet. DO...

Garbage!

I bought this faucet around May 2021, by September 2021 it started running down the house from inside the faucet. Not sure what lowes will do for me but this is trash. stay away.

Beautiful but immediately begins to fall apart

Beautiful faucet. Works great for the first few weeks ... and then the handle breaks off. Easy fix because it just screws in right? WRONG. It will not catch and when it does it pop out of the threads again and you are endlessly trying to get it to hold. Meanwhile the ball behind the handle becomes weird and won't fully shut off and it leaks inside the body of the faucet so the leak under the sink begins as water runs spills out. Warranty you ask? Started leaking down into my cabinet from up in the faucet. Impossible to fix for the handy layman. One star because it broke within the return window and we kept the receipt.

Faulty Product - Avoid Purchasing

Installed in Feb 2021 but broke by September. Lowes wasn't helpful getting a replacement or a refund.

Terrible Product

This is a terrible product. Our first one the faucet wouldn’t engage the switchover from hot to cold, so had Lowe’s swap it out. Then the second one we had had lasted less than a month before it started extensively leaking where the hoses connect to faucet and running down into cabinet. I wouldn’t recommend this product, even if it was given to me for free. Save your money and choose any other product.

Flattering Faucet

This faucet is sleek and stylish. Love the 2 options for the sprayer. I do wish the bar extended out a bit further so the water runs closer to the middle of the sink and doesn't splash easily on the counter.

Faucet

Its a great functional stylish kitchen faucet. It’s my second one for a duplex. Only problem was the attached hot and cold water (red and blue) leads were reversed. I had to switch them to get to hot left cold right.

Fixed low water pressure issue

Love this faucet! At first the water pressure was really bad and we planned on returning the faucet, but once I thought to remove the little yellow piece in the nozzle, I have amazing water pressure!!

3 month stud. 3 month & 1 day dud!

Loved this until i came home from vacation to a flooded kitchen. Im sure you can imagine the chaos after being gone 10 days to water spewing from it for that long. Cant fix it because the faulty part is inaccesible & obviously it was designed to be that way. Would not recommend to an enemy & would rate it a negative 100 if i could. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PURCHASING THIS JUNK!

Broken line

I bought this a few months ago, a couple days ago the line inside the faucet after the control valve broke. because that line is enclosed I didn't realize it until I noticed water had soaked everything underneath my sink. The water was running back done the supply lines from the line break. Now that I am writing this I should say the on/off handle didn't shut off the water completely when turned off, some water still came out, and dripped to a stop.

The water just trickles out of the faucet

The faucet looks nice, however there is not much flow of water coming out of the faucet. It would take several minutes to fill a sink. I would like it replaced but it came with the sink I bought so I don't know if this is possible.

Meh

I purchased this because I loved the look. It was very easy to install, only took @20 minutes. I love everything about it….except the soap dispenser. I searched and reached out to the company to ask, and there is no way to refil the dispenser bottle from the top. So to fill it you have to clear out under the sink, crawl under and remove the bottle that way to fill. This is a poor design.

Initially Great…Now-Not so much

I bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel and it works great for the last three months. Until the other night I was doing dishes and realized I was standing in a puddle of water. Somehow one of the hoses is leaking from underneath up into the base I cannot find any repair videos of any kind on YouTube or on Google to assist in the troubleshooting and repair so I’m de-rating this faucet based on short performance and poor quality. Terrible quality

Purchased March 1st, started leaking in less than 4 months. Leaked from the internal valve so there is no way to repair. I bought this against my better judgement, as I normally (and will always in the future) avoid store brand items for faucets, but needed a quick replacement. I would not recommend.
