They Seem Okay

This is my first time buying this type of product, so I have nothing to compare them to. I purchased two jack posts because the floor in my old house is starting to sag a little. The first post I opened and put together. I was impressed with it. It seems good quality. The second post I removed from the box and noticed some paint flaking off. I also noticed they did not cut the end smooth at all. It is jagged and poorly done. When standing beside each other they are at noticeable different height...

Met Expectations

Lowes provided good, quick, accurate service! The posts were as advertised. I found them to be better and easier to work with than a number of the previous customer reviews would lead one to expect. I tore each package apart at the store to verify packing contents---all were complete. I am using these posts in a permanent installation and at this moment I believe they will serve the purpose more than adequately. Heavy duty post jack

Heavy duty - has a thicker side wall. My complaint was the screw drive . I bought a total of 12, half of them had large nicks in the screw drive so I had to hand file the barb off so the screw drive was usable.

Stylish structure

We removed our old basement basement door facings and installed these Jack Posts. They look great and are very sturdy. It opens up the entire basement area and we do not have to worry about support! It does the job for support and looks great too.

Akron Big Moe

Big Moe held up a load-bearing section of our ceiling. We found major damage to the front entryway which tied into a main beam. The ceiling was sagging...but Big Moe securely held up the ceiling until repairs could be made.

Gets the job done well, could be improved

This jack post is probably the best on the market right now, but it still has room for improvement. The inner post tube has sufficient carriage bolt pilot holes for good versatility, but would benefit from pilot holes along its full length, not just the one end. This would not reduce it's structural integrity, at shorter heights, since the unused holes would still remain within the larger bore post tube, but would allow for more versatile and potentially stronger post positions at these shorter ...

Raise the roof

We used these to keep our floor from caving in. Did a good job!

Great Jack Post

This post worked perfectly. The only issue was how tight it was trying to slide the one piece in. I really liked the adjust ability of it.

Simple to use

Found installing and using to be really easy and price was good as well

Big Moe

Big Moe is definitely big, much bigger than my previous jacks. Construction was easy and installation easy too. 4 of these easily replaced the existing 8 smaller versions I had. Will definately buy these again when in need of floor or beam leveling.

Does the job!

Needed these to support the main beam in my home.. Well made and made a difference!
