This little gadget is AWSOME! I used this several times and one of my butcher knives (that I use all the time) was sharpened with this and I was able to cut a piece of paper like it was butter!!!!

Great Product, Designed for everyone!!!

The Guided Field Sharpener is really all you can ask for as a portable sharpening device for knives, tools and arrowheads. It comes with a QR code for very useful videos for the beginner and the experienced sharpener. Restores and sharpens old blades to a great edge (would be better if I was a better sharpener though) Excellent in the field and at home.

Great for the Field, but Practice

This appears to be a great and compact field sharpener. If you have no experience with a sharpener like this, scan the QR code on the packaging and watch the video. If you dont, you may not be able to figure out how to open the sharpener itself. I have never used the traditional sharpening method like this tool provides. I've opted for V or guided sharpeners. Best Sharpener I Have Ever Owned

Love this tool. Take time to read the instructions. It iwill sharpen all types knives. Even had a special setting for fishooks. Just the right size to keep in my tool and repair box. This sharpenet goes almost everywhete I go.

Quick and handy

I tested this on a small paring knife in my kitchen. My knives tend to be more on the dull side because of my clumsy nature. 3 swipes in each direction and I wasn't going to take it any further. The guide for the angle was nice. I was also able to sharpen a few fish hooks easily which is super nice. The grits worked well and I'm looking forward to finding more things to sharpen What I didn't like was needing to search online for instructions. They are packaged under and inside the product.

Great sharpener

This tool easily sharpens all of my knives and scissors. Easy to use. Safe to use. Can’t beat the quality and workmanship for this item. Been looking for good sharpen and now have found it.

Works great with lots of features

I’ve never had a knife sharpener other than the “slide through” kind for kitchen knives. So, this took some getting used to for me. It comes with an instruction sheet that is rolled up inside the field sharpener (under one of the magnetically attached diamond plates). Work Sharp Sparpener.

This product is great for bringing that old tackle box knife, field knife, or MRE knife back to life. Course side to take out all the rough spots and nicks. Fine Diamond to bring that edge back and the honing blad to make it extrememly sharp. then they gave you a leather strope on it to keep it sharp.

Versatile tool with many uses

Compact and versatile sharpener with many uses. This tool will be a great addition to the camping gear, and it takes up almost no space. I used it to sharpen some very old knives and was a bit concerned about damaging the blades, but this tool works and is very easy to use. It comes with instructions if you are uncertain about how to use it. All 4 sides serve a purpose, and it works well. Everyone should have one these to prolong the longevity and usefulness of their knives.

Great lil handheld sharpener.

I’ve never sharpened my own knife till I got this lil guy. Worked like a charm. I spent all of a couple minutes and have a knife ready for work. It’s actually really sharp after using this. Cuts paper with very little resistance.

Good all around unit

For what this is, I'm really impressed. I came from an old oil stone, but i needed something that could take care of serrated edges too. This packs a lot of features in a small footprint and decent price point.

Pretty good little sharpener for pocket knives

It’s small but seems very effective. The diamond plates seem like they will hold up well and the honing steel is nice. The only issue I have is the durability of the leather strop. After using it once it looks like it won’t last. It is nice that is comes with compound already on it though.

The Best Knife Sharpener I Have Used

This WORK SHARP sharpener is great. It is easy to use and can be used to sharpen all kinds of knives as well as tools. I sharpened every knife in the house. It is nice to have a sharp knife for any job.

Lots of hidden features. Great design.

Light weight. Great for field work. Multiple use in the shop or in the field. Used on survival/ pocket knife to test. Worked well to sharpen. Has coarse adjustment on the spin of the tool. Paper instructions inside unit, on back of coarse piece, and QR code for instructional video. Great product and good quality.

Serrated knife blade for dinning

This Work Sharp Sharpener works great on this serrated knife blade. It appears that this blade is so sharp that those who attempt to use it must be warned.

Great sharpener. It does the job to perfection and will be using for various reasons. It sturdy and definitely handle any job I plan for it. Would highly recommend.

Little Big Sharpener

This sharpener is complete and in a small, compact package. There are a number of different surfaces with which to grind an edge. Knives and tools like hatchets and axes can be done on this. The tool also has a space inside for keeping sharpening directions. Big enough for an axe and small enough for a fish hook. Loving this tool.

Neat too. Just need more practice with it.

This sharpener is a neat tool. I am personally not the best blade sharpener. I had to go to the site to link to the videos to see it done properly. Once I watched the videos I realized the full capability of the sharpener which is significant. I have practiced on some dull kitchen knives but haven't been able to see a real difference (operator error I suspect). I really like the fact that I can pack this in my back pack.
