Would Not RecommendTried this in two different outdoor lights. One in the backyard and one in the front. Did not work in either! The sun was out with full light and bulb came on. Waste of time and money. Had to open package to test so hopefully store will accept a return.

Would Not RecommendPurchased this today when shopping at Lowes without reading the reviews first. At dusk, the light cycles on/off about every 30 seconds. After reading the reviews I see this is almost happening to 100% of those who purchased. This product should now be allowed to be sold at Lowes or any store.

2 out of 2 don't work
Would Not RecommendPurchased 2 of these for outdoor lighting. Installed in daylight and couldn't get the lights to turn off. Even shining an extra bright LED light directly on the sensor wouldn't cause the light to go out. Will be returning for a refund.

Works good for my needs
Would RecommendI had some nearby light sources which interfered with light sensor. The kit included a couple tubes to insert over light sensor which fixed my issue.

Only one photocell may cause issue
Would RecommendI always write reviews of Lowe's products so the products could be improved or eliminated from sale at Lowe's. This is no exception. As for this photocell . . . I like the quality of materials of this product; however, because there is only one photocell sensor and because this product screws in tightly into the socket, there is a good chance that the photo sensor is not facing the best direction when screwed in all the way.
