Would Not RecommendIt leaves the light on 24 hours a day. I had read all the complaints and planned to buy a different model but this is all Lowes had in stock so I took a chance. Complete waste of time. I think it's interesting that there are any but 1 star reviews.

Would Not RecommendI tried and it, and it IS a piece of junk. Of course, when it gets dark, the light will be on for awhile, then off for awhile. The item will be going back, and needs to be removed from the shelves and discontinued.

Blinks on and off all night!
Would Not RecommendThe light blinked on and off every 20 seconds or so. I installed the shortest tube that was supplied. Used an LED bulb and tried an incandescent bulb. Both bulbs turned on and off all night long! No idea what the problem is and I don’t have time to do anymore experimentation. Should be plug and play without any assembly! Terrible product!

Would Not RecommendThe light came on and would not turn off. I even shined a bright flashlight right at the photocell and it never turned off. Returned both and went with a different sensor.

Would RecommendNot sure why Woods can't provide some sort of useful instructions with this product. I think people would find the device actually does work.. First off, when you install it and turn on the power during the day, the light will be "on" until the built in timer expires. Second, an explanation on what the plastic tube are and how to use them would also help.. The sensor is very sensitive, mine installed in an outdoor fixture would just turn on and off every 5 minutes or so. The reflection of the li...

Possible adjustment required
Used for outdoor garage lights. Comes with three small tubes that regulate the amount of light to the sensor. Had to play with them as was picking up ambient light from other sources that would turn off the light after dark. Once adjusted, works well.

Probably works better at lower latitudes
Would Not RecommendI have several of these devices and noticed that they don't shut off in the winter unless it's a bright sunny day. (Kind of rare in Seattle) The only one that works consistently has a clear view of the sky with no obstructions. If your location faces a row of trees or is in the shade of a covered porch you're probably going to be disappointed.
