[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done a few loads of clothing and thought the washer did a good job. Then I washed a 3x4 floor rug 2 days ago. After the cycle was done the rug was still sopping with water so I put it on the "Drain & Spin" option expecting it to spin again removing more of the water. It began a whole rinse cycle adding more water before spinning. That was 2 days ago and the rug is still laying in the washer sopping wet and too heavy to put in the dryer....

We had this delivered on 12/28/25. Almost immediately we noticed that the done light didn't always turn off as it should. I knew I should call buy also it was just a light, right? Until the first week of February 2026 and it wouldn't start...I had to unplug it to reset the error. It did this a couple more times over the weekend. I called on Monday 2/8/26 to whirlpool and after 1.5 hrs on hold to speak to someone, a service appointment was scheduled. They came on 2/12/26 and replaced the lo...

Overpriced

Product seems to work. No vertical agitator. Slow undulation from nubs at the bottom of the basket, and not seeing clothes being rotated from top to bottom that often. Not sure if clothes are getting clean at this slow speed. Cost too much for just a washing machine. Would recommend cheaper machine with vertical agitator that really moves the clothes around.

Check all the specs!

It is pretty loud when it’s running. There is no place to add detergent so be aware you’ll have to pour the detergent in before adding clothes or on top of your clothes. There is also no timer to show you how much longer a cycle will take. We bought this because of the size of our laundry room. If we weren’t limited by the sizing, we would have gone with something else.

Dont waste your money!

I purchased this washer thinking it was going to be wonderful. I thought there would be more room for large blankets. Then I realized youre not supposed to place anything in the center. All laundry is supposed to be placed on the outer edge of the impeller. It never truly washes the clothes . If you like your clothes soaked and rinsed then its perfect for you. Needless to say the washer only lasted a year before problems started. I had purchased the extended warranty from Lowes so they sent repa...

Whirlpool Washer is Super Nice

The deep fill option is very nice as I have an artesian well with ample water supply, snd like being able to have lots of water to get the clothes clean, especially if super dirty. The only feature I miss is my prior washer told me how much time was left as it went through it's cycle - a nice to have but something I can live without. The built in fauce...

Does not work properly

The dial does not do what you request. It is the most horrible machine I have ever had.
