Great dishwasher, long wash times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the dishwasher for a few weeks, but its been great so far. We had a very old dishwasher previously, so I wasn't prepared for the length of wash/dry time. A normal load takes about 3 hours, but i guess that's pretty standard with the newer ones. Overall we like the appliance and would recommend to others.

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three racks caught my eye. Kitchen Aid has a similar model with a considerably higher price tag. It holds so many more dishes and operates on 1 dishwasher pod and it is very quiet. I don't wash dishes as often, saving on water and electricity. I only use 1 instead of 2 dishwasher pods. I LOVE it!

Not Lovin' it

I didn't like that the silverware basket is not on the door. The silverware basket(s) take up a lot of space that could be used for plates and dishes. The bottom rack has a fold down that when upright does not align with the others making it difficult for plates and when folded down doesn't appear to serve any purpose. It also does not dry the dishes even with using jet dry without using the extended drying cycle. It looks nice and matches the rest of the Whirlpool appliances in my kitchen.

Great features and so quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher after researching so many brands. I’ve had a few Whirlpool products in the past few years that have maintained their great performance so that was my deciding factor. This model is so quiet! I love the third rack and the fingerprint resistant. I found all this at a super deal and am so glad I choose this brand and model.

Took 3 weeks to get it installed.

Dish washer seems to work as expected however it came with several noticeable dents left of the handle and one smaller one bottom left side. Not happy as im going to see it now every time i walk into the kitchen .
