It dries the dishes to an extent, but often leaves some dishes wet, especially in the top 2 racks. The drying cycle time is very long, making the time it runs (in total) up to 3-3.5 hours. I love that it has 3 racks and the middle rack is adjustable. It cleans well. While I love the space, I have a variety of different size dishes. Some fit better than others. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought, have washed dishes twice. Both times silverware and plastic items (cups) did not dry completely. Had to wipe them down, unacceptable for a New dishwasher. Please offer suggestions so dishwasher will operate properly. If performance doesn't improve, will consider returning this appliance. The Jury Is Still Out

This dishwasher was delivered and installed on July 3, 2025. Today is July 20, 2025. I have used the appliance every night since installation, and I'm not sure what to think. Some nights, it's very quiet and some nights it's very noisy. I believe it is the drain pump making the noise and hope it is just breaking in and not failing. I'm also not sure whether the drying function is working as most items are still wet after the cycle is finished, especially on the third rack. Speaking of the third...

Roomy 3-rack dishwasher with a good price/value.

This was an easy installation to replace an old dishwasher. Instruction steps are easy to follow. We were sold on this dishwasher because of its first impression of a quality interior with more rugged dishracks compared to our old Whirlpool dishwasher. It IS very quiet.

I want to like it but….

First, the heat dry function is still leaving the back and one side of the dishwasher wet inside. I use this feature to avoid mold growth, but it seems that it will be a problem.
