Whirlpool doesn't honor their warranty

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The dishwasher was missing parts so when I pulled out the middle rack it would fall off the track. The Jury Is Still Out

This dishwasher was delivered and installed on July 3, 2025. Today is July 20, 2025. I have used the appliance every night since installation, and I'm not sure what to think. Some nights, it's very quiet and some nights it's very noisy. I believe it is the drain pump making the noise and hope it is just breaking in and not failing. Excellent Machine So Far!

The washing capability on the third rack has been unexpectedly good. The Samsung dishwasher it replaced also had a third rack, but nothing ever appeared to get clean. Very quiet machine. The adjustable racks are extremely convenient when washing large pitchers and pots. It'll be the test of time that will truly rate this appliance, but no complain...

defective design

bought this to replace a 6yo similar model. this model has a tray under the front door to collect leaks. it shuts the unit down every time something flat is placed in the bottom tray near the door. they obviously know about the poor design or the tray and sensor would not be there. do not buy a whirlpool dishwasher as the the model this replaced had the same issue whenever the spray arm started to leak at the seams. it would spray water under the door seal into the floor beneath the dishwasher. ...

Extremely quiet dishwasher

There is also one line of dividers on bottom and middle level that allow you to adjust or lay them down flat. I do wish there were more lines that allowed this ability for wider sized items like skillets to better fit vertically in the dishwasher.
