Perfectly Beautiful

Exactly What I Was Looking For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one to replace a Whirlpool front end loader washer and dryer duet from 22 years ago. Dryer still going. It had finally seen its days. I wanted something close to what I had, without all the fancy stuff. It has met my expectations and so far, loving it.

The magic machines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different functions and the less amount of water. When we moved the previous owner left their top load washing machine behind. I tried to like it. I used it for a month and just could not anymore. Too much water and huge, long cycles. I had a front load at our previous home. MISSED it! So glad to re-invest in our new washer. This one is an upgrade from our first front load. I love the new drawer underneath! Worth it.

I've had this washer for two years. The main complaint is that it is very loud when it spins a load and rocks itself out of position, blocking access to the dryer. Moving it back is impossible for me and extremely difficult for my husband. Service reps have been out several times. They could find nothing wrong and the fix they came up with was to tape it to the floor. They've been back three times to put it back on the tape and each time instruct me on proper washing protocol. Worst machine on the market.

Stay away. Just after 12 months needs repairs equal to the price of the machine. Whirlpool does nothing to support their product or their customers.

Worst purchase of my life

PLEASE READ! Had this washer for 2 years. First thing to go bad was the boot for the door to keep the seal. not too crazy if you have a warranty. The worst thing is filter cleaning. There is the worst place to keep the pump for the drain and NOT have a filter cleanout panel. Ive had to clean out the filter once a month for 2 years and in the most painful way. Step 1 take off back panel. Step 2 DRAIN ENTIRE DRUM AND FLOOD THE ROOM. You have to take the hose off connecting the drum to the pump to ...

Not User Friendly: Hard to Access Filter

For example, if I put the mold to sanitize or heavy duty or even in normal modes, the washer rinses but it doesn't drain. It doesn't move on to the next cycle which is the drain. Unfortunately not like my last Whirlpool

This washer only lasted me 2 years and it had issues 3 times. at the point that under extended warranty had the company I purchased from had to credit me a new washer. I wanted it so bad to be a good washer, because I had a Whirlpool before that lasted me more than 10 years. However, this new ones are not made the same.

Washer broke in 13 months

From the time of purchase, clothes came out of wash very wet, compared to prior high efficiency washer. At 13 months, washer will not pull in cold water to the wash cycle. Only 1 cycle will work at all. It is fortunate that I purchased the extended warranty. Would NOT recommend to a friend. Waste of money.
