Washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this a couple of weeks. The one thing I do not like is the lining around the door. To many things get stuck in it. If you use pod they sometimes get stuck in there and the soap does not get into the wash. SO far this is my number one complaint.

Pretty Happy with purchase

We had to have a service call on it after using it just once. It was not rinsing or spinning properly, we had to pull sopping wet clothes out of the washer and place them in the bathtub until we could get a repairman out. Don't make 'em like they used to

Bought the Duet washer and dryer in Dec 2004 - they were not stackable, but it's essentially the same machine. Anyway about one month after the standard warranty expired (not kidding) the washer stopped working. Fortunately - after carefully checking our receipt - we discovered we had purchased the extended warranty. I would definitely recommend this Duet machine and am glad I've purchased made in the USA!!! Am very happy and hope it lasts for many many years to come. I bought this machine during the labor say sales of 2016, after 3 months, so far everything is great. Loved Lowe's free delivery and installation. I had to get rid of an old top load agitator model that came with the house, because it was ruining and twisting my clothes. Awesome machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I needed a new washer machine I researched top loads only thinking that is what I really would prefer. When I got to the store the appliance salesman gave me the pros and cons of front load versus top load and I ended up purchasing this machine and I'm so glad I did. I had a Maytag front load machine for about 13 years and it never got my clothes as clean as this machine does. I love it!
