Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does an OK job cleaning clothes but not stellar. The control board went out 45 days after purchase and I'm still waiting for it to be repaired. As a mom of two toddlers, I NEED to be able to do laundry. Really losing my faith in Whirpool. This is my second dud in less than a year.

I also like the way it looks. If I could change anything about it I would make it a little quieter. I still gave 5 stars because of job performance.

The old one was still working but I needed a new dryer so decided to have a set that matched. The new washer and dryer are nice to look at but most importantly the job they do is outstanding. Love em!!!

Efficient Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved my old duet whirlpool to our lake house and purchased new to replace. The new washer seems to spin the clothes almost dry, therefore, less drying time.

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this for about 2 weeks and so far so good.I did manage to get the computer to glitch somehow. I pressed power, and it would play the startup song and then turn itself off. Pulled plug and when I plugged back in it was fine.Clothes comes out clean and machine is mostly quiet. The draining function whenever it's on rinse or spin cycle is a bit loud.Make sure to check for socks and small items in the rubber ring!
