Duet is fantastic!

I bought my Duet last year when my front loading washer died.I love the ease of use, the speed and quiet spin cycle.I have a dog that sheds alot, and this washer handles king size comforters with ease. Love it, love it, love it!!!

It say'sl 'sensing' and I have to reset it when big loads are in or I am washing a rug. It is very annoying.

Very quiet and great laundry load capacity

So quiet, I don't even know it's running. I can wash twice as much at one time than before with my old washing machine. The controls are easy to use with many features. Like the drawer where one adds the liquids.

This product is a washing marvel for all size families

This product is the dream machine for all laundry users. The only thing that should be changed is the dispenser drawer should be lower for those users that are short in stature or handicapped.It truly makes doing laundry easier and not a chore that I used to dread. I have more options for washing clothes that is easier on all fabrics

Excellent and innovative

Both the washer and dryer work great. Use less water spins so much water out of the load that the dryer cycle is shorter using less energy.

Wouldn't Purchase Any Other Brand

I have been a Whirlpool customer for 32 years and would not purchase any other brand. Right now I have the front loading washer and dryer. Love them. The washer cleans my clothes wonderfully, uses less water and is so quiet. The dryer drys my clothes fast and is quiet as well. You will love them too. Thanks Whirlpool for making great products.A Very Satisfied Customer!

Pleased With This Purchase

This is my second Whirlpool and it has not disappointed. It has permanently transformed me from having a top loader due to its economical water use and high spin that greatly reduces dryer time. On some forums, I have read about an odor associated with front loaders but this has never been an issue with either of my Whirlpool washers.

This product has great features

The biggest feature that I love about this product is how quiet it is when compared to what I had before. I also like the various options available like the quick wash and the bulky items option. Another favorite option is whitest whites. I like that it doesn't use as much water so it is more environmentally safer.

Love the different cycles for delicate, etc.

Overall, love the machine. Purchased the stands for the two products and because I have had 4 back surgeries, love the convenience of not having to bend.

I am so happy with my new Duet front load washer. I actually sings to me when I turn it on. It is very strait forward and easy to use with several wash load options. Even one for bulky items which is great for washing my king size bedspread!

This product is dramatically better than the one I replaced.

It gets my whites whiter and spins them drier. This saves electricity as I use the dryer for much shorter periods of time.

If you are short get the drawers for underneath. To prop everything up higher.

Great washer for a busy lifestyle!

Great Unit

I have enjoyed this washer. Easy to use, the booklet was very helpful with laundry sizes and cycles. Only downfall is the duration of the cycles, but my clothes are getting clean and they aren't getting worn out so quickly. Another thought, the clean washer cycle...should have some type of warning that it's getting close to needing to be clean. Have had many "sudden" trips to the store to buy the "Afresh". Very satisfied with this purchase
