[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it is great. I used consumers choice to decide on which machine to get. I had a Samsung top loader for 6 years and constantly had repair bills due to a floating tub. Never again! This machine is so quiet, and so easy to use I love it.

Bad out of box

Absolutely great washer

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this machine about 3 weeks ago and just love it! The size is larger than our last one and works so well. It doesn't shimmy across the floor like the old one did. I love the features on it and how well it cleans our clothes. I like how it doesn't lock the door immediately so you can toss in that sock that fell out of the pile of clothes!

Love my new washer

Now the duct tape is gone, I am very grateful to have a brand new made in America washer.

Great Replacement without the complexity

No detailed owner's manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no owner's manual DETAILING the operation (and "hidden" operations) of the unit; i.e. how to turn the end of cycle sound on & off. Calling Whirlpool was of no help. Found it on YouTube

Generally good, but some confusion on cycle change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally have been pleased with the new washer. However the cycle modifying screen isn't very easy to use. Some of the ways to modify the wash cycles operate with pushing the square. Other want only a swipe like a phone to make them work. It seems it would be better to have them all work the same way. The extra rinse and steam clean are really the hardest to make work and require only the swipe motion. All the instructions I read did NOT...

Definitely better than i expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 2 weeks since the washer arrived. I've done several loads of wash in that time. I have used many of the different wash cycles and have been very pleased with results. It has been able to handle some large bulky items.

Heavy duty and delicates with ease

The washing machine itself does a fine job. I have no complaints about its ability to clean clothes. The time until a load is done is rarely accurate but that’s not something I’m going to lose my mind over. What I cannot let go is the fact that it’s absolutely impossible to access the filter that collects the hair?? In this house, it’s collecting the hair of 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 long, thick-haired humans. It has to be emptied on the regular. Why is there no door? No drawer to pull out? This had...
