Cheaply made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door glass is plexiglass and it scratches very easily. The detergent dispenser is very flimsy. It doesn’t always ring clothes out good. Letters are already rubbing off of the front of the washer and dryer. Very cheaply made.

I have bought 2 whirlpool washers and dryers for my home and business and all 4 have given me problems. I’ve had them for a couple years but the button panels on my home washer/dryer are detaching, the dryer stops prematurely and doesn’t dry very well. It never really did. They just aren’t made the way they used to be, as I sit here researching error codes once again on my work washer. I will never buy another.

So far the washer is performing well

However, the lack of access for suggested periodic cleaning of the filter is very very disappointing. Literature led us to believe it had a removable access panel, NONE EXISTS. That's why i might not recommend it to friends

Terrible design
We've been using this washer for about 6 months. Every side load washer needs to have the drain pump filter cleaned on occasion or your wash will stink. It's part of regular maintenance. Most washers either have a tray at the bottom of the front that pulls out or a little door on the front or side. This is so you can easily access the drain pump filter for REQUIRED cleanings. You have to take the entire top and front of this washer off to access it... door and all! What a terrible design! Somet...

Great Reliability

Ease of use

Spin Cycle
