Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the washer on June19 works good, disappointed that it doesn’t show what cycle it is in. Didn’t say anything in the write up about that. Our other front load showed cycles. Even our first whirlpool that had dials on it showed you what cycle it was in.

Whirlpool front-loading washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last washer was a Whirlpool and when it was no longer “fixable” after years of use, I wanted another Whirlpool washer. I absolutely love this new one! Multiple wash cycles and can easily adjust water temp or type of wash. Results have been excellent! I highly recommend!

It’s not clear if you can pour a whole bottle of detergent in there and have it automatically measure out the right amount or not. If you can, it’s not clear how you would know when it is out of detergent or if the detergent dispensing was working incorrectly. Also, because the start button is also the stop/pause button, if you hold the start button for a nanosecond too long, the machine “starts” for a split secon...

Longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new washing machine just about a month ago. We had previously owned a Samsung washing machine that stopped working and could not be repaired after only 8 years. I have high hopes that our new washer will last a lot longer.

Very nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this washer. It is producing nicely cleaned clothes that have had enough water spun out of them so that they dry quickly. I am finding it easy to use now that I am getting used to the settings on this model.

Nice machine

Unable to access or use drain hose

I have had my washer now for only a year and I have now had to replace the pump already once and again am getting an error saying the same thing again. I also have maintained and done everything correctly such as using (bags for all small items etc). It is very frustrating and disappointing. I have always owned Samsung and Ken more elite before without any issues. My Ken more elite are still working great 20 years later (my daughter now has them).

Trusted Whirlpool brand, loving the large capacity

I love the size of this large capacity washing machine; it fits my comforters well with room to spare. Being able to wash bigger loads of laundry allows fewer washes during the week. I give it 4 stars because I noticed a sock that stayed close to the window of the washing machine and didn't seem to get wet or washed at all. Perhaps user error but would hope that ...
