Great Value for Money

It took a while for the weather to finally break for me to try out this dethatcher/aerator. It was easy to put together and does the job well. A large bag to collect debris was a plus as my previous bag was much smaller. Very happy with this purchase. As always hoping it would give me a good 5year service, and that is not asking for too much.

Great little dethatcher/aerator

Great little dethatcher. Comes with a separate aerator attachment. Easy to use, very simple to put together out of the box. The bagger works great and it really picks up a lot of thatch from the yard. The only downfall for me is that it’s a bit small for my yard. Impressed with the functionality though and will use it to get my yard in better shape!

Thatcher worked great. Very satisfied with performance. Using aerator soon.

Lightweight and easy

I decided to tey this to clean up my yard. I get innundated with burr over and crabgrass so my goal is to clear it and have a better yard. Having a long hair dog I need the burrs gone. I like that this is light weight and compact so easy to store. I've just started working on the yard, so im excited to see how it improves it.

Good option for a smaller flat yard

This dethatcher and aerator worked well in a small, flat area of my yard. The aerator and dethatcher attachements are interchangeable with a provided allen wrench that clips onto the handlebar so you dont kose it which is great! The aerator blades are thicker metal and make great perforations to allow water and air into the soil. The dethatching attatchment has thinner less sturdy pins that hang off and pull dead grass up. Both attachments cut up live grass as well, which was fine for us but ...

Works great

Very powerful and light weight which a big plus. The handle does fold down twice easy for storage. I’m not a big fan of a lot of the plastic parts, I feel like the plastic clamps might not last long. That’s the only thing I worry about this product.

Works well

Bought it to use on my yard as I have some spots with moss and shady so grass wasn’t growing. Worked well for this areas. Do wish it was a longer cord

Great dethatcher

Very nice machine. I was a bit confused on putting it together, but i had pieces on the weong side. Easy to push, and does a great job. I don't use these often, but its nice to have when I need it. Co.es with a second head as well.

Shocked by the results

I wasn't really sure how well this lightweight and compact machine would work. First of all, it took well under 10 minutes to install the handle and associated parts. Easy! We took it for a run in a couple sections of our yard and whoa, this little machine packs a lot of power. It does the job quickly and efiiciently. My only complaint is that the bagger fills up very fast. That could have something to do with having the blade set down too low resulting in a lot more grass and dirt getting pulle...

Dethatcher and aerator

My lawn had several years of growth and the Dethatcher removed all of the extra growth with ease I filled up three large bins It was easy to assemble and adjust to the proper height I used a heavy duty extension cord and the holder kept it properly positioned . Good for small gardens

First, the 13” corded aerator dethatcher was very simple to put together. It took me about 45 minutes and that was because the instructions did not mention the direction of the upper handle. Be sure to put the holes on the right side so that the power box can attach to it. The aerator is lightweight. Very easy to use for small areas. You can’t aerate larger areas because you will need an extremely long power cord. Also, there were no instructions for the power cord holder so I didn’t attach it b...

Dethatcher and aerator

The unit was fairly easy to assemble. Instructions do not specify cord holder should be put before assembling handle. Also, there are limited operational instructions. Unit has good power. Grass catcher has a low capacity. Used it for one small pass on my St. Augustine lawn and it shredded the grass runners. Would not recommend using this item on a St. Augustine lawn.

Good buy for the price

Lightweight and easy to maneuver. It raked up quite a bit of thatch. The catcher bag is rather small and fills up very quickly, so I ended up taking it off and just leaving the thatch on the ground, following up afterwards with my lawn mower with a larger bag. After further review, I've got to take a 2nd run over some of the worse spots. I'm anxious to see how well it aerates next spring. Overall, good buy for the price.
