What Customers Are Saying

The product's temperature probes were found to be useful and accurate in helping customers cook meat to their desired doneness. However, many customers reported issues with the durability and reliability of the probes, including failures, inaccurate readings, and easily damaged wires. While the probes were praised for their convenience, the general consensus is that the quality and reliability need to be improved to justify the cost.

Missing hot pad.

Wish there was a cover that could be slid over the end to pull the probe out of the meat

Replacement probe

Would Recommend

The original probe lasted a couple of months but started shorting out. Showing weird temperatures and needing to be wiggled or set differently. I bought two replacements. Hope they work

Decent Thermometers

Would Recommend

I bought a Weber Smokefire and the temperature probes it can with were working well up until today. I was reverse searing some NY strips but after I pulled them off the smoker, the temperature reported vs a visual inspection of the steaks was not the same. The steaks were a little undercooked. Previous cooks were 100% accurate but it seems like the probes just aren't too reliable with use.

Generally its worked well. Then, tonight, I was slow cooking a lamb shank. All was going well until it got to about 125 degrees and then the probe freaked out. It started reading as high as 375 and then would drop to 119 and then bounce back. I would adjust the position and it would level out, but then a m...
