What Customers Are Saying
The burger press has mixed reviews. Many customers found it useful for creating uniform, well-shaped patties and appreciated features like the dual setting and dimple for even cooking. However, a significant number reported issues with the meat sticking, making it difficult to remove the patties. Some felt the press was more work than it was worth, while a few had completely negative experiences. To get the best results, users recommend spraying the press with a non-stick cooking spray before use to prevent sticking.

Would RecommendEasy to use, used a little cooking spray. Actually takes a little more than 1/2 pound to make that size, but who would complain about a bigger burger. The burger maintained it’s shape on the grill too.

Looks like a good idea
Would Not RecommendI had a gathering, my husband requested homemade hamburger versus the boxed. Small gathering this is fine but with getting the decks and outdoor furniture ready after winter it’s a lot of work. Since I needed to order another chimney starter because we gave our last to my SIL. I saw the hamburger maker and thought it would speed up the process. Not so much! I fought it the whole way, threw it in the sink and started making them by hand. The meat sticks, and falls apart after about 4-5 burgers. T...

Burger perfection
Would RecommendUnbelievable product - generates perfect burger patty that is not overly compressed thanks to product design. A governer if you will as most presses can result if burger losing airpockets - key for juiciness - and an overpressed burger texture is rubbery and unappetizing. The dimple feature results in perfect burger shape. Easy to clean and use - and perfect for brisket burgers. Don’t be fooled by your aluminum metal press already in your kitchen - weber press is #1 and far superior.
Junk, Now in Trash Can
Would Not RecommendMaterial is flat plastic instead of non stick. Needs actual press to force hamburger out of mold instead of having to dig out burger. Terrible product.

Several months later I had a "aha" thought falling asleep. the idea was to wrap both pieces in saranwrap, and it was great. A lot less mess to clean up too.
