What Customers Are Saying
The burger press has mixed reviews. Many customers found it useful for creating uniform, well-shaped patties and appreciated features like the dual setting and dimple for even cooking. However, a significant number reported issues with the meat sticking, making it difficult to remove the patties. Some felt the press was more work than it was worth, while a few had completely negative experiences. To get the best results, users recommend spraying the press with a non-stick cooking spray before use to prevent sticking.

Would Not RecommendGiven the details instructions that come with a Weber grill, you would think this little unit would have instructions or even a PDF instructions here on the web page. Nope. One is left having to figure out the right amount of burger meat to use. Make sure to use parchment paper to line the press to be able to remove the patties when done pressing. About ready to throw this away and just use my hands ...

A must buy
Would RecommendI love how the Weber burger press shapes the burgers. What I do is use hamburger patty paper in the fiberglass to shape my burgers and lift it up with a spatula. I allow my burgers to cool overnight before I grill them. Before I shape my burgers I season them and allow them to cool overnight and once they have chilled I take them out and shape them into a ball and place them on the bottom and press it to shape it using patty paper. It really works when you do it this way. I love how it takes sha...

However, I bought these Patty Wax Paper Squares at the Dollar Tree and placed one on the inside part everytime that I formed a patty. Yes, the square is bigger than the diameter of the patty maker, but when you press it down the corners will stick out above the patty. Slowly pull on one of these corners to take the patty out. Simple as that. Plus, the paper will help in ke...
