Quick and accurate
Would RecommendI have used this thermometer for baking as well as checking the temps in various items and works great. You have to remember to shut it off when you are done and wipe clean. The little rubber protector also needs to be put back on each time. Everything has their purpose.

For the price, it’s perfect
Would RecommendI’m on year 4 with this thermometer and it still works fine. Not sure if any changes has been made since then, but my version is great. I’ve even use it for oil and it hasn’t failed.

Thermometer failure
Would Not RecommendI was given this thermometer as a gift and used it about a year then it stopped working. Tried to change the battery but the tiniest screwdriver would not remove the screw. Ready to throw it away. Very disappointed.

Best instant read thermometer
Would RecommendI’ve been using these probes for years multiple times a week. They seem to last about 3 years before the numbers start to not work. But they are great and instant read. I can’t recommend these enough they’re wonderful.

Failing Display
Would Not RecommendHad bought one of these years ago and it worked flawlessly for years. I've bought two replacements in the last few months and both have had the same problem; the display suddenly fades so as to be unreadable. This one failed within a month of purchase. When they work, they're great - that's just not been the case lately.
