Did not work right out of the package
Would Not RecommendBought this to go with our new Weber grill, but the display wouldn't come on at all. Replaced the battery, and it worked once. Now the screen is blank and it won't come on at all again. Very disappointed in this product since I purchased it due to the Weber name and reputation and I am out the cost of the product and a new battery.

Need explanation as to intended use.
The instructions say operating range is 32F to 122F. Is this meant to check meat for cooked temperature or for checking safe temperature during storage? 122F is too low of a limit for cooked meat.

Only Worked One Time
Would Not RecommendUsed this thermometer once before it stopped working. It would not turn on the next time I went to use it. I just changed out the battery, and it worked for about 20 seconds before the display went out again and would not turn back on. The owner of Batteries Plus told me that it is probably shorting out the battery. Terrible product, given the amount of negative reviews indicating similar problems.

Works great for only a short time
Would Not RecommendThis is really a great thermometer, but it breaks quickly and easily. Make sure you hold on to those receipts if you want Weber to replace it when it breaks. You’ll likely need to utilize the two year warranty within 6 months of purchasing it!
