Stopped working after a couple weeks

Bought this at the beginning of the month and the display is already not working. Super disappointed as we have quite a few Weber products. Tried to call customer support and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Wish getting warranty assistance was easier.

Quit Working

I got this 4 or 5 months ago and since using it I really liked how it seemed to be so accurate. Now it won't come on and i replaced battery and stll nothing. What can i do to fix it Thanks

Quick and easy to read

I use this to double check the thermometer in my smoker and on the BBQ. Larger numbers make it easy for me to see and catches temps pretty quick.

Works but not for long

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We got one and it did the job for a couple of months. Now the grilling season is starting again and the display is faint suggesting a new battery may be needed. But the little screw is impossible to move, even with three different screwdrivers.

Nor long lasting

Our thermometer needed a new battery and it now doesn't work. Tried two new batteries. Seems others have the same experience in that this product has a good amount of issues

Top Notch Customer Service

I purchased one of these in the fall and the battery ran down after only a few months. But customer service (esp. Giovanna) was wonderful to work with, and they sent me a new one very quickly. Weber really does work hard to stand behind their products!

Battery replacement impossible n

Thermometer works great until you need to change the battery. The screw is so small even the tiniest screwdriver won’t open the case.

Lowes needs to remove product from the shelves

Brand new, it reads about 30 degrees above the actual temperature compared to an analog thermometer. Mine is only a week old yet I'm also expecting the screen to flop out at any moment based off these other reviews. Not my first try with a digital thermometer, but will be my last. Funny how we put men on the moon with dials and gauges, yet none since digital LED screens have been in use.

Worked great right up until it quit.

I got a Weber Instant-Read as a Christmas present. Even though it is winter- we cook out year round except for when it snows. It worked awesome until last Thursday. Really quick read and lots of meat done to a turn. I got it out and it would not turn on. Today I tried replacing the battery. No joy. It still won't come on. Lots of corrosion and goo- looks like the old battery leaked. I have never seen a small battery do this, but other than that I have no explanation.

Stopped working within months

Worked great a few times and always hand washed the probe. Battery seemed to have died really quick, replaced battery and nothing! Tried to clean the battery terminals just in case but they are shiny as can be. Disappointed in this product when I started off very happy and excited for my first electric thermometer.

We got this as a gift to go with our Weber grill however it suddenly stopped working. Thought it was a battery problem, but replacing the battery did nothing. Very disappointing.
