What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this hot water recirculating pump for delivering near-instant hot water, reducing wait times from 3-10 minutes to just 2-5 seconds at every faucet. Most highlight dramatic water and energy savings, with many noting they previously wasted gallons daily waiting for hot water. Reviewers consistently report easy installation in 15-60 minutes, with smart home integration capabilities adding convenience. A small number mention minor issues like temporary warming at the sensor valve or occasional pump noise, but these do not diminish the widespread satisfaction with this efficient solution.

Hot Water When Needed
Would RecommendI was looking at tankless water heaters for my 70's built home. All the plumbing had been replaced at some point prior to us purchasing the home. The master bathroom always required us to run the hot water for 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water. Followed the installation instructions. All told, it took about 45 minutes to install this system. We now have hot water in the master bathroom within seconds. Everything needed for the install was included in the box. If I had to say anything negative abo...
Works great and easy install
Would RecommendWorks great and easy install. I wish it didn't have the old school dials to setting a schedule, so I just keep it running all the time but connected it to a smart home switch and now I have Alexa or Google control when it should turn on/off.

Pump is only rated for Max 5’ Head-useless!
Would Not RecommendMy water heater is in a tall crawl space under the house and it takes a long time for water to get to the master bath on the 2nd floor at the opposite end of the house. I went to all the trouble of repiping the copper sweat tubing and installed the thermostatic valve under one of the sinks in the master bath. No flow. Turns out the pump is only rated for 5 ft of head and the bathroom is 15 feet above the water heater. This pump is useless.
Recirculating Pump
Would RecommendI own a reach still room. Water tank on one end of house and a bathroom on the other end of the house. We were wasting a lot of Water and decided to put a recirculating pump in. (1 First I turn off the water. (2 Unhook the fixable water line from the hot water tank. (3 Rehook it to the recirculating pump. (4 Went to the farthest bathroom and hooked up the sensor in it.(A First turning the hot and cold water off and then hooking the two lines up to the sensor and then turning them back on.(5 Went...
It must be installed on top of the water heater.
Would RecommendIt does the job intended, but it was more difficult than expected to install it.

To buy it from Lowes, for the Best Buy.
Would RecommendI love the circulator. I turn on the faucet in the front of the house, about 70 feet from the water heater, in 15 seconds, I have hot water. Before, we would have to run water for almost 5 minutes before we could have hot water. It’s GREAT!!! Lowes is GREAT!!!

Done with Watts
Would Not RecommendFirst one worked great for 5 years. When it went out we replaced with the same unit. When I took it home to install it was obvious it was a return. Water imside of the pump and missing sensor with lines. We returned that for a other one. Its worked for 3 months and has now failed. The 3 months failed unit is outside of Lowe’s return and Watt’s just wants to replace it. We are also out a new sensor becauae it was recommened to replace that becore the pump. We are done, we are replacing it with E...
Great product
I have had one of these for about 15 years. I love it. It gives you immediate hot water everywhere in the house. Probably best to have a plumber install it the first time. After that, replacement is a snap.
