this product was recomended for me to use in my home. I purchased this unit from the Lowe's Store on Colont Dr Bakersfield, Ca. unfortunately when I opened the box I found that this unit had been used or attempted to be installed and parts were broken and missing. I will be returning this unit to the store and hope that there is another unit somewhere locally.

Works Great, and saves a TON of water

Easy to install, though you need to disconect water lines momentarily at the water heater and under a bathroom sink.....Not difficult tho...

Hot water immediately

Easy to install, pump had all possible fittings that might be needed. Set time for pump to run at peek need time of day. The remote bathroom that always took several minutes to get hot water now has hot water within 30 seconds. Water in other parts of house is hotter than in past, don't have to turn water in shower to hottest position to get a good hot shower.

Easy to install

This item is super easy to install if you have a regular hot water heater a little bit more difficult if you have a superstore but that’s what I had and it still can be done just need a few adapters. I did the installation in less than an hour works flawlessly.

Great pump, works as advertised

The pump and bypass valve installed easily. I had hard copper pipe on the water heater so I had to cut part of it out. The “shark bite” type fittings made it easy to get it all put back together. I’m pleased with the pump and am enjoying the hot water without the wait.

Greatest gadget ever!

Live in Florida and my hot water heater is in the garage so it used to take 3 minutes for hot water when I turned the shower on- not anymore, its hot water pronto!!!!! It’s the greatest gadget ever, saves time, water and your patience!!! Buy it!!!!! The wife is overjoyed w it!

I Wish I Could Turn Back The Clock & Not Buy This

I meticulously followed all instructions, have suffered through over a decade of these things failing regularly, FOUR in all. I bought Number 3 nearly three years ago only to discover that some other customer had pilfered the hoses; back to Lowe's for Number 4, which lasted about a year and a half before it, like the two before it, simply stopped running. The definition of insanity they say is repeating the same process over an over, expected a different outcome. Not this time, Watts. Autops...

Life span

My pump has been installed for five years. It works great. How ever the cheep plastic valve that goes under the sink is good for about Year maybe year and a half. Im now going to replace it for the third time. They are now in the neighborhood of $80.00. It’s getting expensive to have warm water.
