What A Time Saver!!!

After spending 2 hrs removing 6 ft of boarder paper in bits and pieces with water & fabric softener I knew I had to find a better way. And I did. Steam. The primary difference between the two methods? Penetration. The steam penetrated ALL layers of the paper in just 10-15 seconds making it possible to pull it completely off in a strip. Love it when something works like it claims!

I found this item on the website, read the reviews and called my nearest store to check availability. The customer service operator was very helpful and was able to tell me how many were in stock. Wallpaper Steamer

This product is lightweight and easy to handle with a long sturdy cord to successfully remove layers upon layers of wallpaper with ease. I highly recommend it as a quick and economical way to remove wallpaper without the hassle.

WOW ... Wish I would have bought this first

After struggling with spray bottles and fabric softener we bought this device. It really makes the job much easier. Check out one of the YouTube videos for pointers.

Don't waste your time & money

Bought this product and all I made was a wet mess. It took the top layer of the wallpaper off (the pattern/color) with peeling, but the backing that was actually stuck to the wall was a different story. That wouldn't scape off at all, even when dripping wet. I ended up messing up the wall more trying to scrape it off. Plus.....it took me forever to do 2" X 2" section. Very Disappointing!!!

I have time to write this review because this worked so well removing a well installed border. Follow directions. After trying the youtube dyi methods I needed to make some time and glad I did...steamer in left and scraped with right hand. I have been using the Wagner Wallpaper Steamer for about 3 weeks working around a couple other projects and general house-keeping chores to get the wallpaper off our main bathroom wall in preparation to remodel the bathroom. Much easier than scraping. It made every short work of removing wallpaper in my laundry room. Not much more I can say.

We just bought a home with nearly wall-to-wall with wallpaper. We started removing it with one of the store-bought spray solutions and it was hard, slow work! This device was awesome! Love, love it! My wallpaper was listed as dry strippable, which meant the top layer is made to pull off easily but the bottom layer (brown paper-like) remains stuck very well to the wall. This steamer made the job so much easier. I used a plastic putty knife and slipped it under the paper after I used the steamer on it and the paper just fell off the wall. Great tool for the price

I decided to remove some vinyl wall paper from my bathroom and proceeded to use the usual method of scoring the paper first and then soaking it with a removal solution. After several tries I was only able to remove a small section and damaged the wall doing so. Seems the solution I was using loosened up the vinyl facing but the paper backing stuck tight. This is indeed the only tool you need for wall paper removal. (plus a big putty knife). As said by previous reviews, all you need is water and some patience. I live in a landmarked house and there is century-old wall paper everywhere. I did not want to use any chemical product to prepare our nursery room; so I picked this steamer. Works really well

Removing wall paper is not fun. The steamer really works well- easy to use and long hose. I just wish it had a smaller tool for really small places. Use with a scorer. Happy no chemicals are needed. But definitely got the job done!

Awesome steamer

This steamer works great. I bought mine at a yard sale for five dollars. They even left scrapers in the box. I have used it several times for wallpaper removal and it works great. I've even used it to clean cabinets and other surfaces. When it quits I will definitely buy another.

Worked very well, could use a varity of heads

I had three layers of wallpaper and backers to go through, I had to peal the first off and then the steamer managed to get through the rest, I did not use the large head, it just took to long to steam that much, but by using the smaller head I managed to keep going without stopping except to put more water in the unit.. Must have tool

Removed wall paper on one wall by hand using jel. Removed other three walls in one afternoon using the Wagner steamer. Assembly is so easy my husband could do it. The product delivered absolutely the best result. I am so glad we bought it.
