Easy to operate.

I like the big clear tank so I can easily see the water level to make sure I don't run out of water. It also runs quietly. Also when it's time to change the filters they are very easy to get to. Thank you, David.

Fan is too small and noisy. Old model much better.

The fan inside is around the quality of a $10 pc fan. On low you can hear the bearings and on high it’s very noisy because it’s so small.

Quiet

I bought this to replace an older version. This one is so quiet I sometimes have to check to see if it’s running. Very easy to see the water level.

I noticed a big improvement in the air and my sleep. Device works well and is easy to use/maintain so far.

Good Quality for All the Functions

I had been looking for an evaporative humidifier after my ultrasonic humidifier generated tremendous amount of white dust and resulted in orange flames of my stove burners, I like the Vornado EVDC300 that I bought as it has the 3 humidity settings, 3 fan speeds, and an energy smart mode. Also, I can just use the tap water. I have used it for 3 weeks now and am happy for the value of the unit that I paid for. I hope the product continues to work well as it claims.

Amazing Humidifier

The EVDC300 Himidifier hits a home run with my wife. So quiet you can’t tell it’s even running, no wet mess, just great results and it’s a really good looking product. Wish I had bought the dual tank version. GREAT PRODUCT

not bad

Just got it. Really like it. Humidifies our large bedroom with door closed and keeps it at 60%humid all day. So far no leaks! Minor gurgle noise when running. Fan makes a little noise. easy to fill.

Very fine humidifier

Replaced a very old unit from another company and am real happy with this purchase. Vornado space heates worked well for us in unheated spaces so we decided to try this humidifier. I don't like the white dust that most of the ultrasonic ones create, or the not-quite-undetectable sound. This unit works well, looks pretty good for what it is, and is sturdy. Efficient, quiet humidifier

I bought this a month ago when my old humidifier motor gave out. I'm pleased with how quiet it is. I also like the ease of refilling the water tank. I wish the indicator lights could be dimmed when we were sleeping.

Very nice controls and isn’t too distracting when it’s out in the open. I have a vornado fan I bought this past summer and it works very well in conjunction.

When this Unit is running, it is almost silent. Set at 50% it only took 3 days to reach the desired Humidity Level and began shutting down. It did require filling more often at first due to its smaller tank. However since it is now going off and on rather than running full time it has greatly slowed its water use. Great humidifier with a function to set a fixed humidity level

I chose this model because of the Energy Smart feature, design, ability to set it to a fixed humidity level, and type (not a mist humidifier which can leave white dust). I run it at 50% during the day with the bedroom door open so that it reaches the other bedrooms. As I get ready for bed I increase the humidity to 60% and close the door.
