Efficient humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had a humidifier in awhile but knew I needed one for my plants to thrive inside in the winter so I was thrilled when this popped up. I plugged it in right away and got to using it! My plant cuttings are thriving and my air feels better in this dry winter. I haven’t mastered all the buttons yet.

Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this so much and I was also very happy to receive this because of the fact that I really needed something like this for my allergies. I have very bad allergies and this helps me when it is dry in the winter time and makes my nose very dry as well. I highly recommend it and it's so cool that it doesn't have water vapor like the standard or typical ones

Vornado humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this vornado humidifier this thing is like a fan I love it I had a Wal greens version and it was a 5 compared to this thing it's easy to assemble and it's effective and the maintenance isn't hard at all I recommend this vornado over any humidifier out here hand down

Quiet, easy to clean and very efficient

Absolutely love this humidifier. After dealing with cleaning warm mist humidifier for many years, 2 years ago I purchased two of these humidifiers. One in the bedroom (200 Sq.Ft.) and one for the open living area (+750 Sq.Ft.). They are amazing. I refill the water in each day to prevent mold. Replace the filter monthly. Indoor plants love the extra humidity

My plants are thriving with the extra humidity. Especially during the dry heat winter months. It is used between 55 & 60, so it does go through about a gallon of distilled water in a week to ten days.

Came broken and haven't been able to return

The product is not too bad. It humidifies as long as you close the door to your room. The difference is noticeable but not tremendous. The noise is somewhat loud compared to other types of humidifies, but much easier to clean than others. I'd consider not buying this product from Lowe's if you want to ship this back. The page specifically says it can be shipped back and nothing in the return policy seems to suggest that this product can't be returned, but I've had a lot of trouble returning my ...

Efficient humidifier

I had purchased a similar one a number of years ago, by the same manufacturer. Based on my prior experience, I chose to again go with the same. Like the updated functions too.

Poor Performance

Did not provide much humidity in a 225 sqft room. Built-in tank light stayed on full bright then dimmed every 4-5 seconds (photo sensor not working). Unit did not run all night despite being set to continuous mode.

what we needed

We tried other humidifiers, but they didn't work well with tap water. This Tornado does just fine with tap water. The only problem we have is the low-water light blinks when it's 3/4 full.

LIGHT pulses when on and is disturbing at night.

The pulsating light is always on and horrible in the middle of the night. It's like an emergency vehicle is parked in your bedroom. Other than that I've only had it a couple of days and have not had enough time to know if I like it or not. The manual is well written but not really complete in regard to all of the operations.

Too Advanced for its time

Brought this as a I already own the EV100 since Dec 2022. This more advanced model has a cpu fan which I thought would be better, but the fan is louder than the other model. The fan won’t run as often and the vibration will wake you up when it turns on automatically. Ended up moving this newer model out of my bedroom and kept the old one there. Otherwise the EVDC300 does its job well. I prefer the original humidifiers versus the ultrasonic as they don’t leave a white mist/haze all around.

Not very good

I have now bought 3 of these and 2 of them leaked after a couple of weeks. No way can this humidifier put out 3 gallons a day, not even after changing the filter.
