Would Not RecommendThe traps work as designed, but the plastic tripplate is so sensitive that it can be e tremely hard to set without snapping your fingers. I prefer the metal trip plate or plastic.

Prefer older version with metal not plastic
Would RecommendHad to bend the staple that the bar is connected to in order for it to reach the yellow plastic plate. Took some trial and error to get it to the correct length. Older version had a metal piece instead of the plastic yellow piece that required no adjusting of the staple for the bar to reach it.

Would Not RecommendUnlike the same trap that previously had a metal bar to slip the wire under to set the trap, with the plastic, I found it difficult to set the trap. I had to buy a different trap that cost more but was effective.
