What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these traps for their exceptional effectiveness, with many reporting multiple catches and reliable performance using peanut butter bait. However, significant frustration centers on recent design changes replacing metal with plastic bait pedals, which reviewers say are harder to set and prone to accidental discharge. Some customers received mismatched versions or experienced inconsistent labeling. Despite these drawbacks, most consider them dependable and effective for rodent control.

Would Not RecommendThe model number of the rat trap listed online is M210 with the metal pedal. I ordered online to pick up in store, and the one I got is M205 with the plastic pedal. I checked what the store has: It has only M205 despite listing M210 (and no M205) online. I ended up returning mine.

can't set it
Would Not Recommendthe old ones with the metal bait holder works fine. But the new ones with a plastic bait holder/trigger - hello plastic is softer than metal.. You can't hardly set the thing and if you can it will snap at the least little jarring or setting it down. Company made a big mistake by being cheap and going with plastic.
