What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these traps for their exceptional effectiveness, with many reporting multiple catches and reliable performance using peanut butter bait. However, significant frustration centers on recent design changes replacing metal with plastic bait pedals, which reviewers say are harder to set and prone to accidental discharge. Some customers received mismatched versions or experienced inconsistent labeling. Despite these drawbacks, most consider them dependable and effective for rodent control.

Trapped!
Would RecommendWhen you buy the Victor traps, be sure they are the ones with the yellow clip. I used a very tiny bit of peanut butter, but did not place it on the yellow piece. I added it to the metal rings and made the mice work for it. Mice trapped on first try!
WRONG PICTURE!
Would Not Recommendthis is not the correct picture, what is given is the tap with the yellow plastic trigger, not the metal one.

Not Useful, Buy Something Else
Would Not RecommendDoesn't Catch Rats or Squirrels. Caught one mouse with about 6 traps over a month. Not worth effort. Food blows away outside, because cannot put much weight on trap or it springs.

Easy and EFFECTIVE
Would RecommendTrick is to put the disarmed trap in their area for a short time so it becomes familiar. This way they are less hesitant to step on it once it is armed.
