covering my vintage items

love this product i use these paints in painting the inside consoles of old cars, and to paint vintage wheels. this covers evenly over the items and in most cases in one coat. as a user of this product i think everyone should use it at lease once in their lives. give it a try.

I love this paint. I would definitely buy it again. i used it to paint my dresser and it covered the old color very well.

New spray top is a HORRIBLE design! Can leaks and drips everywhere!

I would recommend going with a different product. The design of this top is severely flawed! It drips, leaks and get unwanted paint over everything including your hands. They need to go back to the drawing board in this one.

Leaky spray can

Aerosol can has a great design. Easy to use and I loved the locking cap option. However, can leaked as soon as I started spraying my project. Can continued to leak and made a sloppy mess on my hand. I had to stop and change project color.

Meets my paint needs

I bought this for a craft I was working on. It covers pretty well. Like most spray paints it takes several coats to get it to cover completely. It did the job, but I don't know that is was necessarily better than a less expensive product.

Not bad for covering graffiti

Unfortunately our garage gets tagged. Alot. So we spray paint it whatever color we happen across. Now that it's purple, blue and green, the "artists" have pretty much given up.

great on louvered doors!

This was fantastic for painting a number of large louvered doors in my house. covered well, good finish, far easier than brushing!

I really love the coverage these cans have.

This spray was just the best. I applied in all the right places it did all the right things. I am forever a Valspar customer because of this paint.

New sprayer top

I've used Valspar for years and it is a great product, but I'm not happy with the new sprayer top. When spray painting a fence as I am you find quickly that the sprayer top is much harder to push than the previous style. Plus previous top could be fitted with adapter that converted spraying into a pistol grip and your finger doesn't become inflamed as my has. Need to develop an adapter for this new style sprayer.

I have been looking for something to paint our old metal cupboards we have in our kitchen.....I have tried numerous paint in the past....and it was always streaky ....So I tried this.....after reading someone recommended spray paint.....The coverage of this is phenomenal.... No streaks ...no drips....The look brand new ...I have never tried this kind of paint before I have always used rustuleum .....Will now us this ....I highly recommend this product!!!!

Clogged caps

I just got done using this spray paint. I bought and used 8 cans, each one clogged at least once. This is extremely aggravating since it leads to globs of paint, uneven coverage, extended time on a project, and wasted paint. As far as I can tell the paint used 2 days ago looks good and isn't scratching off, but is still tacky. If you don't mind dealing with caps clogging often then it seems good, but I don't think I'll use these again...wastes time and gets frustrating.

Paint Never dried

I used this paint on aluminum and to this date still has not dried. Applied three different times even tried to prime pieces first on the third attempt. temp was about 75 with low humidity. very disappointed.

Great product.

Great color selection for kids. It was a little easier to use for my daughter than other cans of spray paint. It did take several coats to cover completely but the end result was great. Good cost.

tire planter

This pain is amazing!!! It covered my black tire completely and it looks just like I bought a purple tire.

Walls Were a ugly Color and dirty when i got valspar paint it fixed it
