Wrong part

I asked for a thermo-pile for my gas fireplace I was given a thermocouple. Lost time lost money driving back and forth

Works as promised

I bought two and replaced the thermocouple in my water heater and furnace in about 30 mins. My water heater pilot light was out and for under ten bucks I got it working again

Do it yourself. Plenty of YouTube tutorials out there to show you how to replace the thermocouple if your tanks pilot light wont stay lite.

The salesman had told me this would fit my Whirlpool Honeywell water heater=“it’s a universal part”! Well, long story short-it didn’t,so I returned it!Whirlpool had to send me the correct part(charged me$30 for overnight shipping)! I definitely won’t be buying a Whirlpool water heater anymore(just bought the heater too/less than a year!)!

Bought for Furnace

Furnace pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Researched it and bought this inexpensive part. Although it says for water heater, it works the same on a furnace. Replacement was simple, even for somebody like me who is not a handyman.

We got our hot water

I found out later in the day our water heater was out. My husband went to Lowe’s, watched a few YouTube videos and was able to use this tool and fix d out water heater. No complaints here
