Quality of LED bulbs.Bernie

I purchased a four pack of the LED bulbs. Two of the bulbs flicker after on a short while. Due to distance of Lowe's from my home I did not return.

Better than fluorescent bulbs

These give you better lighting and use less power to do so. Pretty much a win win.

Great Bulbs!

These bulbs work perfectly! Even better, they were priced under $13 for a 4 pack. I purchased a new fixture for $41 at Lowe's which has an electronic ballast (which is what these bulbs need). These bulbs fit the fixture perfectly - they turn on immediately and are very bright.

Good alternative

They give out more light than a fluorescent but they are a little pricey.

lights don't work

Installed these with brand new instant start ballasts. Have to flip switch on and off multiple times to get all 8 to light up. taking them back and going with a different brand.

Had to return them

The box said would work on most fluorescent light fixtures, but they didn't work on mine. So I had to return them.

Do theyreally work?

Have Not got them to work so far! Re Placed the old bulbs to no avail so far!!!

Lots of light!

Much brighter and whiter than the old florescent tubes. And they start at full brightness, even with very cold weather in my garage! Be sure to install with the label on the top side, for very even lighting and no shadows. These will NOT work in T12 fixtures, by the way.

Utilitech T8 LED bulbs

I found these bulbs to be a very poor quality. I was only able to get the bulbs to come on and they would go off. I returned the bulbs to store for refund.

Work great!

These bulbs twisted into a regular fluorescent light fixture, and lit right up! There was no need to change the starter or anything, just worked right from the get-go! One of my best moves ever! Better light than I was getting.

Work phenomenally!

I love these! I came from 9-4x2 fixtures with the old ballasts to new fixtures and these bulbs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!

Grrat price and very bright

used these to replace some old T8 lights. YOU MUST make sure you wore these up right. your fixture may or may not be ready for them. They have the same lumen output of the morning expensive bulbs for half the price.

T-8 LED, GREAT

I tried these T-8 LED (4000K) in the fluorescent electronic ballast fixtures in my cold garage my fixtures work with T-8 or T-12 bulbs. These LED's are excellent, so much brighter than fluorescent tubes, and fully bright instantly even in winter temperatures. I tried Bright white 4000k and daylight 6500k, the 4000k are a nice pure white, the 6000k were too much of a blue tint and not easy on the eyes, both colors were equally bright. I like the fact that @14 watts per bulb they shed so much ligh...

They worked great

My fixture had T12's with a standard ballast. I replaced the ballast to an Electronic type for T8's and rewired the sockets. Important: when retrofitting any fixture make sure it is wired, or rewired, correctly.
