Returned this garbage. They though I was a thief!

I bought one. It didn't work. I returned it for the same and it also didn't work! Neither one would turn on at the programmed time. The employees ended up thinking I was trying to steal from them! When I got the second one I threw away the package, thinking that two couldn't be bad back-to-back. This is where it gets interesting: This cheap product was redesigned. Worst purchase ever

Bought several units for the Christmas lights. One timer works fine after spending much time getting the settings right. Biggest pieces of junk! Do not waste your money and time.

A Mess

I bought this timer to turn the Xmas lights on and off. No matter how I programmed it, it would not hold the time or turn on when needed. So, I took it to work and asked one of the techs to program it. Still would not work. I can't return it, so it's in the Goodwill Box I bought new one by another manufacturer that worked great out of the box..

Difficult to use

Very hard to program. They need to rewrite the instructions.

Not so hot

I bought two 1 only worked 1 day very difficult to set have other types that r much easier and work better

One of the better ones

Have used several outdoor timers, mostly the ones that are mechanical, but this electronic unit gives several more options for light settings and is very dependable. Fairly easy to program, even if you loose the instructions. I like it, and wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Easy to use

Great timer that offers timed off and on, dusk to dawn, and dusk to a specified time limit. Easy to program and it works very well. The only thing I would change is to have a longer cord.

Dud

I wanted an electronic timer for my outdoor Christmas lights since several mechanical timers had failed over the years. I was even willing to spend more for the electronic version but when trying to program this device, it wouldn't let me set any times for on or off switching. Perhaps this was just a lemon but didn't take a chance on purchasing another. I switched brands and am happy with the result.

Complicated But Works

After reading some of the other reviews, I was apprehensive about buying this timer. I'm glad I did anyway. It is complicated to set. I'll have to be sure to keep the instructions. I have it set to come on at dusk and go off at 1:00 am. At first there was a problem with the photocell, but then I realized my battery powered light-up wreath was interfering. Great for Christmas Lights

We were able to light up our whole house using this device. Lights come on at dusk and we have them turn off at midnight. Simply fantastic to have the lights on when we come home in the evening. Really nice to have them go off late and no one has to remember.

Great when it works

I put up lights for many people and of all the timers I have used, these are probably the best. I used 10 at one house and used this specific timer because of its ability to turn all zones on within 60 seconds of each other. Of those 10 timers one wouldnt allow me to program and another became water logged after 3 days of use. Lowes was very understanding and replaced both. Would recommend if you need multiple zones on at one time but would go with a more durable non digital timer if you are onl...

Out Door Timer Plug

This product worked great for our Christmas rooftop lights. It didn't short out in all the humidity and rain in FL AND we don't have to run outside and turn it all on and off every night.

Defective---Will Be Returned

The product did not work and I'll be returning it for an exchange/refund.

Good Timer

The Timer was just what I needed for dawn to dusk operation. The instructions were a bit confusing on getting it set up but it was eventually managed. Good response on the "eye" and it starts and turns off exactly as needed.

I returned this timer as soon as I could. One would need a Doctorate in Digital to operate this thing. I bought the old fashioned kind.

Very poor instructions

Almost impossible to program and instructions are ridiculous

The photo sensor waited until the sun was well up before it turned off the lights. I returned it.
