Frustrating

If only I had read the reviews first. But what could possibly go wrong, I mean it's just a timer right. I forgot I had one and ended up buying it again the following year. I can't ever program the darn thing. Just when I think I've figured it out.. Wrong!

Programming is very Difficult

Thoroughly read instruction.....not direct in explaining "how-to". Hard to read display, dim. Only got "dusk-to-dawn" setting to work. Great engineering idea had it worked. Returning today!

used two years and then bust.

Bought this timer to use with my Christmas lights two years ago. I liked that I could regulate the days it would turn on and off. This year I tried to set up the program for use and could not get it to go past the first step, setting the day. Would not go to current time set up, even when I reset the system. Guess I'll go back to old style timer.

How to replace battery

Have had this for about 5 years. This year the battery backup is dead. No instructions how to replace. Anyone out there know how to replace the button battery?

countdown timer

very good timer, works excellent,handy item for people who are away from home a lot. wished I had bought more , but will buy again

Plug TImer

Lots of good timer settings, but so reason Automatic is not working on both of the 2 I bought.

Going on 4 years

As the title says, I've had this plug for my grow lights for about 4 years now. It's moved 3 different times with me, and continues to work as it should. It's a little confusing to program, but it's always remembered what I set it to and what time it is – even after being stored away all summer long.

bad switch

this switch did not last one season running three strings of LED christmas light !

Solid

Only one outlet being used currently for Christmas lights. So far no issues. Easy to set up with a quick overlook over the instructions.

Good timer

A little hard to set, but after a few times I finally got it right.

Timer Not Consumer Friendly

I bought this timer for running an inflatable Christmas decoration during daytime and evening hours. What a disappointment! Despite numerous attempts to set it up following directions that were confusing, we were unable to get it to work. Small size of type on screen didn’t help either. Only good thing is that Lowe’s gave me a full refund when I returned it.

Poor quality

These timers are low quality. I use them with Christmas lights and they have to be replaced often.

Simple and reliable

This timer is simple to use, easy to program and is for indoors or outdoors. The price was also reasonable.

I’ve read the directions multiple times. Had someone else read & try to program this & it absolutely doesn’t work.

Not recommended

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this timer. It is very difficult to program. When I called customer service it seemed as if the representative did not know how to do it so he referred me back to the Lowe’s website.
