i recently had a LPT36s pressure tank installed, it had a bigger diameter than my old 20gal, i can now run all my appliances at the sametime without pressure loss, showers toilets washer sinks anything that requires water is now available.

For Indoor Installation Only

Apparently the warranty is void if used outdoors... excerpt from the downloadable warranty ..... EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES 4.These warranties shall be void and shall have no effect: c. 'If the pumptank is installed outdoors. This tank is intended for indoor installation only' No idea who would buy this tank or who could use it if they were aware BEFORE PURCHASING It is common, at least in this area, to have a well house which is assumed to be considered outdoors...

Good Tank Easy to Install

This is a good tank, and it was easy to install, we had a plumber come by and put a new tank in 2 1/2 years ago, it went bad in that short of a time, no pressure at times, pump short cycling. This one wasn`t bad to install, just make sure that you have your air pressure set before you install it, mine had around 25 pounds so I pumped it up to 38 pounds and it set good.

Pressure tank

This was easy to install and appears to be better quality than the one replaced.

Decent

The tank seems to be fine. Installation manual could be simpler to understand as far as what connection size is needed. But maybe it's just me.

Easy

Was going with a higher end one come across this one and loved it. Easy to install, man it is different on my pump recycle time. Love it....

Easy installation

Read carefully the installation manual and this will go in easily. I have an older system and the check valve at the pump was leaky. By installing a check valve above ground the problem was resolved. Be sure to seal the sniffer on the check valve to keep air out of the line. The base is plastic which should prevent rust in the future.

Good replacement tank

Replaced a 12 year old tank whose stand had rusted through. I like the non-rusting plastic stand. This tank is used for my in ground pump that fills my holding tank/sediment filter and a small drip irrigation system. I did note that the new tank's pre-filled bladder was over filled to about 35 pounds. That wasn't too bad for me since I have a 40/60 pressure switch. But, for a 30/50 switch it would be a problem. Easy install, works well so far

I installed this tank to replace a five year old 25 gallon tank that developed a leak at the bottom. Lowe's replaced the tank under it's lifetime warranty. They no longer have the 25 gallon tank and the new tank has only a five year warranty. But, install was easy and the house has more even water pressure now. I would give 5 stars, but the lesser warranty concerns me.

So far good things

Have had this tank in for about a week now and haven't had any problems with it. Hope that it continues. I have this hooked up in a small farm house, well, and pump... so far pretty good pressure. Had to change the pressure settings slightly on the pump to adjust to the tank size but that was an easy fix

Caution on the plastic base

Bought one probably five years ago, bladder failed after 4 years but I kept using it. The plastic base folded under the it's own weight and flipped over

So far So Good

Super simple installation. I think it took longer for me to drain the water out of the old tank than it did to actually swap them out. This tank matched right up to my previous tank, was even able to reuse the straight pipe connector. Up and running again in less then an hour!!

Bladder failed in 10 years & 2 weeks to date

Well.. Ten years seems like a long time for this tank to last... but the tank before it lasted 17 years. Goes to prove that "They don't make em like they used to". Couldn't have started leaking at a worse time as we plan on selling our home in five months. At $298.00 for an identical replacement I'll be shopping around with local plumbing supply houses for a lower cost replacement.

great replacement

Wasn't sure if this was what I needed and would retro-fit my system. Was easy to remove old tank that was leaking and bladder was torn. Easy to exchange with no other items needed and fit right into space. Pressure was pre-set and have better water pressure now. . Price was with in my range and less than purchasing from a plumbing house and having a plumber come out to install. Would recommend to anyone needing a new pressure tank.

Cheaply made

Bought 1 of these tanks 3 years ago. Was working great then as you can see from this photo it rusted from inside out. Bought a replacement 6/26/16 at lowes. Was working fine until yesterday, 12/3/16. It's not filling with water. Either the bladder busted or its waterlogged. Returning this to lowes today for a refund or replacement. That's nthink these tanks are just made very cheaply.

20 GALLON WATER TANK

WHEN I BUILT MY HOME 21 YEARS AGO I INSTALLED THIS SAME TANK IN MY HOME.I HOPE THAT THIS ONE WILL LAST THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.THIS IS A VERY GOOD AMERICAN COMPANY TO BUY FROM.LOWES PICKED A WINNER TO HAVE IN THERE STARE.

5 Year Warranty

The Bladder failed in less than two years however, there is a five year warranty on it so I was able to return it and get another one. Hopefully this won't fail in two years. The one that was originally installed at our new home lasted for 10 years.

Pressure tank

We bought this house almost 10 years ago, the tank was always loud coming on and going off, we thought that was normal. Since we got this tank, the only time I hear it is if I'm standing next to it. Excellent product. I look forward to many years of not hearing it. The plumber did have to add a or, but he said even though it's prechargedanken it can happen in shipping, but now that it's in place it shouldn't need air.
