Bulbs lasted 8 month

2 of the 3 I put in our kitchen when we moved in have already gone out. only been 8 months. box says 4 year life. and 3 year warranty.

Beautiful color in light, but

I bought these in August installed half and then installed this one 6 months later. It has been flickering for the last 2 weeks. I don't understand why I can't get 3 or 4 years out of the LED lights we sure pay enough for them and the old ones lasted sometimes five and six years. They were also cheaper.

short life span

These Utilitech bulbs just do not last very long. I have replaced every one of them in a very short period of time.

The Quality Is Poor

My lady bought a home a year ago and we spent a couple of months remodeling it. We bought a number of these and other led bulbs. In a year one spare and one used intermittently in an outside fixture have failed with likely less than 100 hours on it. I plan on returning to Lowe's to see if they will replace it without the receipt because finding the specific receipt on which they were purchased of the hundreds of receipts we have is not worth the price of these two failed ones.

Worse life than incandescent

Got maybe 150 hours each out of the two I've used. Awful, unreliable product.

Inexpensive LED Bulbs

I purchased the bulbs because of the very low price just to try them. One burned out this week after a year or so in the fixtures over the kitchen counter. I believe I paid $.99 plus tax at the time for that introductory special offer. The price was comparable to incandescent and there was an energy savings over the life of the bulb which needs to be considered. I have paid many times this price for early LED bulbs. Junk Bulbs

Half burned out within a few months. Worse than the regular bulbs they replaced.

Do not buy

Started flickering either immediately or within two weeks of installing. I bought a pack of 6 and all 6 did the same thing. Poor quality! Do not buy.

TERRIBLE - DONT BUY

Bought a box of these and now after just a few months of "less than two hours a day useage" they are burning out or flickering... not the fixture it is these cheap light bulbs! not worth the $$ spent on them at all looking for a refund and or replacement from a different company

Utilitech bulbs are junk!

These bulbs are awful....they fail in less than a year....I'm an engineer and research scientist, MSEE, and the driver boards are sub par...don't buy these bulbs unless you keep your receipt, but be warned Lowes won't replace them they want you to send them back to the manufacturer who may or may not replace them...you pay shipping both ways, so what's the savings???

Shortest life Bulb ever

Brightness was great, more than I had expected. However, bulb only lasted 8 months. I want the old bulbs back! My energy bill Hasn't changed in 20 years.

Nice and bright but not blinding

These bulbs work great,they are cool to the touch when they are on. They are not bright but just right, plus the price is very reasonable.

Good light.

Changed out all my bulbs to these LED. I believe they give off very good light, better than the CFL bulbs.

Non-Dimmable

The difference between the more expensive bulbs and these are in the ability to dim or not. The dimmable bulbs have a bit extra circuitry these do not have. If you do not intend to dim them... they will work fine. If you do... depending on the dimming method... they may flicker.

These bulbs are buster

Don't be fooled by the attractive price on these LED bulbs. They will last only a month or two before going dim and you will forced to replace them. Spend your money somewhere else.

Doesn't go the distance.

Says 18,000 hours. Lasts a couple months. Although it uses less electricity than a CFL or an incandescent, this particular one has a fraction of the working life. I guess you get what you pay for, except the life is so short no way you'll get ROI. Waste of money. Fooled me once.

Buy a better product.

I bought these testing different led bulbs. By far the worst. Sitting in the living room one exploded in the fan. Thankfully it didn't break the globe.

I was changing fixtures around the house and bulbs . Great choice for more efficiency

short life

Moved into new house June 2016. I don't know where the contractor got 60w incandescents, but I replaced them all (50). The one lamp next to my chair is on 8 hours a day. So this bulb burnt out after 4000 hours.
