Very handy

Wished I would have bought it sooner! Used with a 1/2” chuck 20 volt drill to start the Troybuilt 4 stroke quick start weedeater.

Works like a charm

I was a little miffed about paying 10 dollars for this, but man was it a life saver. I've got a backpack leaf blower by Troy-Bilt that would not start no matter what i did. I bit the bullet and bought one of these suckers and got the blower starting right up. Easy Peasey! Work smarter and not harder with one of these coupled with a cordless electric drill.

Worked like a charm

My troy-bilt weedeater the rope would pull just was slipping and wouldn't start if it wasn't for the jumpstart feature I would either had to replace the rope of throw it away but this little gadget saved me alot of money on repairs and the nagging of pulling on the rope over and over I'm very pleased with this purchase..

Defective batch?

First one I ever bought of these lasted for years. In the last 5 months I've gone through 3 of these. There has to be bad batch floating around because these used to be great! In my case I don't really have a choice. My troybilt edger's pull hand starter broke after a year of use so really need this.

Awesome

I was very Leary of this product and what it proposed to do. Honestly at the start I thought it was a push button item and found it wasn’t. Not a big deal, but I do like it as I can just retrieve my weed eater and with my back pain of over a decade it was nice to just insert and squeeze a trigger as opposed to holding on and pulling till my back hurt more or out of breath:)

Not as versatile as I would have hoped. Need to be sure it is compatible with your engine.

easy starting- my sore shoulder is thankful for it

having left the electric starting attachment in the rain only way to start weed eater and edger was with multiple pulls on starting cable- giving my 53 year-old shoulder significant soreness. not any more though- attached start drill bit to my cordless drill and now just a simple pull of trigger on drill and weed eater running. very satisfied with product- hopefully able to avoid physical therapy for shoulder injury now.

This drill bit does exactly what it is supposed to do. Build quality is good and price is reasonable.

Cheaper and easier than a replacement pull start

Let me finish the season before spending money to replace a pull start for an old trimmer

Cheap starter bit

Quality is not the best, the rubber piece fell off the I used it. The bit stripped out on the second use. Hopefully it was just one bad apple
