Then I realized it wasn't the work, it was yanking on that stupid cord trying to get the initial start after I had worked on them and needed to set up the carburetor. Bought one of these.... Problem solved. Remove the starter cover, put a socket on the square drive end, and use a regular 3/8 drive ...
