Pleased so far

It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and use. It does provide a good total body workout. The adjustability of resistance and smooth motion are key for me as I have some lingering job related injuries that are problematic. It came out of the box with some rust in several spots and that is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Setup and Workout

I got mine last week. Took me a few minutes to figure out the COMPLETE setup. Today I had time to go thru the workout deck and sort and do the startup program. It was quite a workout. I will stick to the start up workout until I am used to the device. The mounting and dismounting is a workout in and of itself.

I really like the look and design, but it was a little tricky getting it set up and started.

Amazing

I will say so far this machine is amazing, I love the fluid motion you get in your joints and the direct feeling you get to each muscle group. I am very satisfied and glad I invested in this unit. Thanks again

Set up and go!

Couldn’t be any easier to un pack and how exciting not to have to put together anything! I have the total gym streaming channel follow the work outs on my schedule and it just feels good to be moving again.

Great machine that is easy to use and very smooth with no impact at all I would recommend to anyone of any age it is that simple. It is a great workout and you can work every muscle in your body.

How well this product is built.

The XLS is a very good exercise product to start out on. Well put together and smooth operations.

Overall I Love It

Great overall machine, space efficient when folded up. The process of folding and unfolding it could be made easier, potentially, and I'd prefer if there were a mechanism for locking the main pulley to the sled as it tends to come off if there's no tension on the cables. Don’t wait.

Love love love this equipment. It’s easy to set up and use. It’s an easy workout but trust me you will feel the burn. So glad I finally bought one.

It doesn't seem to be as easy to set up and fold up as it seemed it would be. So a little disappointed in that respect. One of the clips is defective.

Full body workout

Great I definitely get the full body workout that I was looking for.

Better Than Advertised!

The Total Gym XLS arrived within a week of the order. I have worked out with the Total Gym for about a month, and I will honestly tell you, it is BETTER than advertised. I have been lifting weights since I was thirteen years old (I am now 69 years old). After rotator cuff surgery a few years back, the pressure of free weights was too stressful. I now use the Total Gym, and I have never had a workout where there is great range of movement and which isolated the various muscle groups as desire...

Good Purchase Worth the Price

A few people deterred me from this purchase but I think it's because they didn't give it a try. I'm really happy with it, it is easy to use and the instructions provided are great. It seems to be more for upper body but all the exercises work well and I'm hoping to see results. Word to the wise, don't let go of those handles without support almost flew into the next room! : )

Not Boring!

I’m 65 years old and have always hated exercising. I’m actually having fun with this. I get a good workout and it only takes a few minutes a day.
