This is a great purchase. I got a bad knee injury and have been doing therapy to get ready for a complete knee replacement. One of the machines I used in therapy was just like the total gym. It was a great benefit to me just like this Total gym is. Not to mention, I can work on alot more than just my legs. The ab crunch is awesome. I'm a 50+ man trying to get back in shape like my 20's and 30's. I feel the Total gym will help me. It has so far and my weight loss has increased!! Buy this!!

Waited too long to purchase !!

I love the Total Gym! Only reason for 4 star rating is I haven't had long enough to try all the attachments that came with it yet. :) This machine will give a total body work out and so easy.

I am ready enjoying my Total Gym. Im not missing going to the gym at all. The only thing is I think they should have a beginners video for all the accessories.

Excellent work out

Wanted to buy this for a while wish I didn’t wait. Look forward to my work out every night after my 3 to 4 mile walk. Just at 2 and a half week into this, still working out my routine sort of bouncing around right now.

Wrong color

I love this machine. The only thing I have an issue with is the machine came was yellow but all the pictures showed it blue.
